Beautiful air-conditioned apartment for 4 people, ideally located in a residence in La Grande-motte facing the sea.Located facing the sea, with access to the beach at the foot of the residence, in the QUARTIER DU COUCHANT, on the third and last floor with elevator, this functional and well equipped apartment ensures you to spend a pleasant stay by the sea. Its living - dining room opens onto a very beautiful and large south facing terrace with full sea view. The apartment consists of a living room with corner sofa, and 2 bedrooms.On the ground floor is the first bedroom with 2 single beds in 80, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a dressing area. Upstairs is the second bedroom equipped with a double bed in 140 with small balcony and bathroom. The apartment has a flat-screen TV in the living room, a kitchenette with wine cellar, refrigerator with freezer and electric plates, plus storage cupboards and all the necessary facilities to cook and share good meals facing the sea.You will enjoy in the secure basement of the residence of a private covered parking space (1m95 high). Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the rental rate. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.
