This cabin was perfect for our large party of 4 families. There was plenty of space for all ages and the game room and bunks were a hot with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had a great and fabulous time during your stay at the property. We look forward to your next visit!
The cabin was more than adequate for the size of our family. We enjoyed playing the games in the basement. We would recommend it to our friends if they ever have a need for a place this large.

The property was perfect for our snowmobile trip. Managers were very accommodating to us and easy to work with. I only wish that we had known about the parking fees (we had several vehicles and trailers) but all in all, the cabin was perfect!
Great location for a snowmobile trip. Excellent host who came running when the coffee pot broke and got the guys in to a new one fast!! Would recommend 10/10!!

We're so excited to hear about your stay and we look forward to hosting you again.
We stayed in this beautiful home with 4 couples. Plenty of room for all. Heavy snow the night before and was a little surprised all the snow was cleared. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend cabin #1.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We're glad that you had a great stay at the property. We'd definitely love to have you back again!
Everything was great other than the heaters in two of the bedrooms were not functioning. We also had a issue getting the main fireplace figured out and better instructions would be better. Otherwise, we had great accommodations, and the place was nice.

Thanks for your feedback, I will look into the two heater right away. Thanks for sharing. We have a local caretaker available for any questions, please inquire. Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Come back anytime!
We had a great time. We were able to relax at the home and fairly close to Yellowstone National Park. The place was clean for a cabin in the middle of the woods. Dirt seems to follow you in. I wish the mosquitoes had their vacation somewhere else. Dont forget the bug spray!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed relaxing at our home and exploring Yellowstone National Park. While dirt can be inevitable in the woods, we're pleased the cabin was clean during your stay. Regarding mosquitoes, they can be quite persistent in the wilderness! Bug spray is definitely a must-have, and we appreciate you reminding future guests. Thank you once again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable getaway soon!
With a group of 15, I was a worried about feeling cramped. The cabin had plenty of beds and space for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The game room in the basement kept the kids occupied. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

Beware
Our local host was amazing but two hours before we were to check in Vrbo sent only in the app that our reservation had been canceled. No one called or texted. No additional information given. What a mess for 12 people to arrive within two hours of a highly booked area and only get that from Vrbo

Thank you for the review! We're truly sorry for the unexpected cancellation as we experience a temporary glitch in our system and software—it shouldn't have happened that way. We appreciate your patience during such a difficult situation.
Parking a problem if you have more than 2 vehicles.

Thanks for the feedback. We do only allow 2 cars or trucks to be parked at the cabin. Any additional cars will need to be parked at The Pines overflow parking. Thanks for staying with us!
Place was perfect went with a group of 8 plenty of room. Game room was fun a bonus so was hot tub. Parking was tight due to snow but it worked. Also if you have a trailer you pay extra per day which wasn't a big deal just not in listing.
Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review! We're glad our place was perfect for your group of 8 and that you enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We apologize for any inconvenience with parking and the trailer fee not being clearly stated. We'll update the listing accordingly. We're pleased you would stay again and look forward to welcoming you back!
Size of home was good. Neighbors a little close but ok. All supplies in home except containers for leftover food. Only could park 2 cars at home which is a little silly because the home sleeps 18, additional parking is an extra charge and down the pull in to the cabins, but it was ok. All together a good home to stay in with 17 people.

Horrible Experience with a BAT in the Master Bedroom Upon Arrival
Upon our arrival, we were touring the cabin when my daughter and nephew came across a bat in the master bedroom, just above the jetted tub. We contacted the emergency contact number with no response and a full voicemail. Then we sent a text to the same number and finally was told we would have to remove the bat ourselves as no one was available until the following day to assist in removal. As you can imagine this was a very creepy experience and also quite disheartening to encounter after traveling many hours to our destination, and then facing a potentially disease carrying animal in the main bedroom of the home; that we had paid many thousands of dollars to rent.
After returning home and many emails back and forth with the host,… we were told the owner was unwilling to even refund one nights rental fee to compensate us for the horrible experience. While it was not necessarily their fault, there is a small window in the master bathroom with no screen. It is my guess that the previous renter left this window open, allowing the bat to enter the third floor/master bedroom. So, the owner should have a screen on the window to prevent such a situation. It was really disappointing the owner didn’t feel as if they should do anything to right the situation that we as their renters were put in. Where we are from bats carry rabies and you aren’t supposed to come into contact with them at all. Ask yourself, would you want to have a bat in the master bedroom after paying almost 5k for a rental and then be told you have to remove it yourself or wait until the morning?

Thanks for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the troubles during your stay. Our local caretaker is not available 24 hours a day, we tried to come the next day to take care of the issue. This was an isolated incident and has not happened previously.

Nice House
The home was nice and in a great location for snowmobiling. House was smaller than expected and tight with 12 people.
