115 lakeview offers plenty of space and comfort as well as an abundance of light from it’s beautiful windows. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms a garage and basement.

What makes this property unique
115 lakeview boulevard Beaconsfield is great because it has a full bathroom ( shower, bath, toilette and sink) on the main floor. As well two bedrooms on the main floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and closet and a wheelchair can easily circulate in the room. The second bedroom on the main floor has a closet and double bed. The kitchen family room great room are all accessible by wheelchair. On the second floor we have two bedrooms. The fist being the master also has a full bathroom in it ( standing shower, pedestal sink and toilet). The second full bathroom has a separate bath, separate shower, double sink vanity and a toilette. The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed and double closet. .
