NEARBY: Located at the entrance to Fouras, near the supermarket, 1500m from the town center, 1000m from the beach, and 500m from the sea. Bus station 1.5km away, train station 6.3km away, and Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €100 cleaning deposit, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
