This is a beautifully newly renovated home on a quiet and private street and on 3 intersecting canals with direct access to San Carlos Bay only two minutes away and boat dockage in your back yard. Large open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and lookout nook overlooking spectacular views of the water. Three bedroom/3 bath home featuring two master suits with oversize pool and screened lanai. Separate spacious and private office overlooking the pool area and canal. Sit and watch the dolphins, manatees, and birds put on their daily nature show, take a paddle on a kayak, or bike to the beach. This beautiful tropical south Florida home has everything to make your vacation truly spectacular.

Perfect Sanibel home

If you are looking to stay in Sanibel this is your place. It has everything. Close to the restaurants downtown but honestly you could just spend your time enjoying the property. The pictures do not do it justice. The house sits on a corner lot of a canal and there is an abundance of wildlife. I have never seen more dolphins and manatees! Pool is great and heated and the screened in porch can barely be seen so your view is unobstructed. Sanibel is making a rapid comeback. Not everything is open but there is plenty of shops and restaurants, with more opening daily. Beaches are almost back to normal. Owners are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it. Thanks Bob and Leslie for sharing your beautiful home.

Very nice. Our grandchildren enjoyed the wild life and the pool. Lots to do on Sanibel.

Awesome property!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous property. Looked brand new cause it was! Setting was uniquely beautiful on the convergence of two canals, pool was large and in the sun all day. We saw dolphins and manatees from the back yard. We grilled almost every night. You will love it. Perfect for grandchildren visiting too!! Lots of open space. Don’t hesitate on booking!!

Great home in an amazing location!

Everything about our stay was great. The inside of the home is very clean, open and spacious. But the best part is the perfect location on a wide section of the canal where we saw dolphins and manitees every single day we were there. We loved hanging outside by the pool and watching all the boats, birds and sea mammals going by. The owners made everything easy and convenient. A+ rental experience.
