Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the views and location. The game room provided some fun family time. The beach was great and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the beach views but were disappointed in the condition of this property. The living room furniture is not conducive for families or relaxing at all. The primary bathroom is very outdated and there was mold on the bottom of the shower door. After the first night we noticed ants swarming some of our breakfast pastries that we had on the counter, and we also noticed mouse droppings along the counter by the stove. We ended up throwing our groceries out. I was very bummed because this place looked fairly nice in the pictures. I did contact the owner regarding the ants (before we found the mouse droppings), and he did respond quickly, but stated ants are bad this time of year. In my opinion this place could be amazing if it were updated, had new beds and pillows, and some sort of pest control was used.

Beach beauty

Loved loved loved the vintage 70s feel. Majestic view of ocean and exactly what we wanted. The path down to the beach is very steep but we were prepared based on other reviews. Would definitely stay again

Family Vacation

We met our parents for a Northern California coastal escape. The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony, having a fire on the beach and daily hikes in the redwoods. Leo was a great host, he was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great experience.

Perfect sunset view

This home was the perfect place to gather with friends and relax by the ocean. It was clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, watch the sunset, and visit Jedidiah Smith Park. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful ocean front property!

Perfect coastal getaway! We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t recommend this home more! The location was absolutely gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the beach access being so convenient. The home was clean and comfortable and was well stocked with anything we could have needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area and would definitely book again if we find ourselves back in the neighborhood.

Beach vacation

This house has an amazing view. Very relaxing to stare out at the ocean from the house and deck. The beach access was a bit of a walk down a steep hill but the beach Was great and very secluded/quiet. The house worked well for our family. The game room was very fun for our 4 year old and grandpa :)

Girls trip

The view was amazing! Inside was dated and the "hot tub" in the listing is a jetted tub in the bathroom. But the view, sound of waves crashing. Pics look like right on beach. There are very steep steps on the beach access down at the end
