Beautiful Ocean View Home On The Majestic Coast Of Oregon

Located in the Marina Harbor of Brookings, Oregon, this coastline home has simple luxury and wonderful views of the Marina and Pacific Ocean and easy access to ALL.

The home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms on a Tri-Level layout. There are no adjoining walls on the bedrooms, so makes for quiet surroundings. On the Main Level is a Library with Twin Beds, a full Bathroom, a Bedroom with Queen Bed and the entry into the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Up Stairs Level has the Master Bedroom with a full Bathroom and Bedroom with Queen Bed. The Downstairs Level has the Game Room with an additional Sleeper, a full Bathroom and a Bedroom with a Queen Bed. All the Bedding is new, with special attention payed to simple luxury and comfort.

The Front Entry and the room with front facing window look into a beautiful tranquil yard and all the back facing windows (upper and lower) boasts the views of the Marina Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The Living Room has 17 foot high ceilings, ample seating for 10, a wood burning fireplace, luxury floor coverings, a 65" HD Television, Blueray DVD player, Cable and Wifi, and premium cable package. The Dining Room Table has ample seating for 8+ or more. The Kitchen has full equipment, has table settings for 12+ people, high-end cookware and utensils, and countertop appliances, like espresso machines and kitchenaid. The Game Room has a lot of classic gaming items, a stereo, television, cable and full house wifi.

The Marina and Beach access are located less than 1/4 mile away and just a a short drive by car, scooter or bicycle (5 minutes). The home is also located at the mouth of the Chetco River and has a great micro-climate. This area is the Wild Rivers Coast line with the Klamath, Smith, Winchuck, Chetco, and Pistol Rivers, all converging into the Pacific within a 40 mile stretch. Outdoor activities are plentiful, from Hiking, Fishing, Crabbing, Kayaking, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Biking, Camping and also Hunting.

Some of the most beautiful and majestic beaches are along this part of the Brookings coastline.

We loved this home! My family had a reunion and we reserved three different vacation homes. But, it was unanimous that THIS property was the best one, so all of our hang-out and game nights happened here. It had the perfect amount of open space, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view was outstanding.

The best view of the harbor

We were lucky enough to book this wonderful location for the Memorial Day Weekend which included the Azalea Festival in Brookings. The house was perfect! Large and spacious, clean with classy decor, light and bright. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a beverage while watching the boats come in and out of the river and into the harbor. Beds were awesome and the kitchen was well organized, especially for a family that cooks! We enjoyed every aspect of this location. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, David and Sain!

This house is amazing! The views, location and layout couldn’t have been better. It’s perfect for multiple couples or families as there is so much separate space but a big open kitchen and family room for time together. Being minutes away from the harbor and beach was so convenient and you can’t beat the views. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided all the help we needed while we were there. There were detailed instructions left for everything in the house and the check in and out process was so easy. There are a lot of stairs so something to keep in mind if you have little ones. Every floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub which is great if you have children with you. It was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely try to stay here again!

A perfect place

Four couples stayed here for a hiking trip. The facilities and amenities were outstanding. The deck in the afternoon when the sun came out was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and easily accessible. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Perfect Brookings VRBO Stay

This property was of the nicest we've ever stayed, and so reasonable! We had three couples, and all were very comfortable, including a lower floor that's like its own apartment and an upper floor with lovely bed and bath and awesome view of the harbor. The kitchen was well-appointed and an easy one for a group to hang-out. The deck is wonderful for cocktails in the sun. And, we could bring the dog - Thanks so much!!
