Water sports, natural adventures, shopping for every budget, delicious casual and upscale restaurants and white sandy beaches are all just minutes away.

Make sure to take in the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!

Our recently updated home is steps from the pool, hot tub, pickleball, tennis and shuffle board courts of our gated community.

Located in Bonita Springs, halfway between Naples and Fort Myers and only 20 minutes from RSW airport, you are never at a loss for things to do, places to go explore or a palm tree to relax under!

Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with large sliding doors from the living room and king bedroom to the lanai. The home has two bedrooms with large walk in closets and en-suite bathrooms. One with a King size Tempurpedic bed and the other with a new, super comfortable Queen bed.

Electric Sit/stand desk available for you if working from home. We provide all comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, grill, cable tv, WiFi, toiletries, Keurig, Sonos speakers, etc.

Perfect place in Bonita Springs

A wonderful place at the perfect location in Bonita Springs. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Just a short drive to I-75 and 30 minutes to Naples 5th Avenue. The house has a beautiful view to all the green around the homes. The community pool and jacuzzi is basically in the backyard. Start the day with a jump in the pool, or relax in the jacuzzi at the end of the day! I can’t wait to go back! Lisa is a super host!

Great vacation home!

We had an amazing time. The house is perfect. Everything was very clean and organized. Anything you may need is available and easy to find. They go above and beyond for the guests.

George and I have been escaping Northern Illinois winters for the warmth, palm trees, dolphin sightings and stunning sunsets of Bonita Beach for over 30 years. We are so happy to finally be able to spend more than a week or two at a time with our own Bonita Getaway!

George’s parents and grandparents have been Snowbirds, or full time residents for over 50 years, Our next door neighbor (“George on the corner”) is George’s dad. We say, “family by birth, neighbors by choice”! He is always willing to help out if you need any local resources or have any questions regarding the property.

Why they chose this property

Nestled between Naples and Fort Myers location is close to everything- some of the best beaches in the country, lots of water sports, beautiful wildlife preserves, endless shopping possibilities, excellent restaurants and the airport.

We love this neighborhood! Everyone is friendly and the pool, pickle ball courts, clubhouse are great.
