We are a Super host with proper city permits and we are listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

This beautiful newly renovated apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, upper porch, dining room, one full bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi.

This rental is on the upper floor with another separate apartment below it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Most houses in NF are old, so please expect some creaky floors.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We were worried about the tub spout in the bathroom flopping around because it wasn't secured and the shower curtain was small for the size of the shower, but it was clean and easy overall. Would have been nice if the doors had their own locks for privacy. How was extremely responsive.

For future guests, the shower head has been fixed. We do not have individual bedroom locks due to previous issues with very young children getting locked in from messing around and not being able to unlock the door on their own.

The Beds

Wonderful, clean home, very gracious host. However, the two beds were rock hard. My family and I did not sleep much.

For future guests - Some people say the beds are a perfect firmness and some say to hard. It is preference. The mattresses are considered medium as per the mattress description.

Great for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautifully renovated. Perfect for our family of six. Ages ranging from 13 months to 13 years. Only criticism is the neighborhood is slightly sketchy, but we had no problems.

For future guests - Our neighborhood is very good. We all know one another and have a block club, crime watch and more. I live on this street as well and so does our cleaner. The city of NF does have a number of neighborhoods that are very run down, but ours is not one of them.

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
