Master bedroom features king size bed, a walk-in closet and TV. Guest bedroom doubles as an office. Up the front stairway to main floor with living room, fireplace, kitchen, dining, and half-bath. Complete chef's kitchen features stainless appliances and marble island. The upper level has TV area, workspace, loft bed area, and sunny ocean-view deck. Up another stairs to upper balcony overlooking Ballona Lagoon and San Gabriel and Santa Monica Mountains. Three-level living affords separation, quiet, and privacy. Bi-weekly cleaning service included in price.

Beautiful Marina peninsula

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was seamless. The hosts were very responsive and handled any issues promptly. The unit is spacious and in a great location with great views and a quick walk to the beach. It is also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Venice canals & boardwalk. The neighborhood is also quiet and very family friendly. I stayed here for a month and would definitely stay here again.

Beach house

House and location are great. Unfortunately, homeless situation at nearby Venice Beach is encroaching and affecting lifestyle of the community. However, the complex, location and neighbors are all excellent.
