It features a huge living room with a fireplace and French windows, large dining room, spacious master bedroom with views out to the lovely garden. Hardwood floors throughout, central AC and heat, 2 car garage parking, laundry room with washer and dryer. You have access to the beautiful garden in the back with lovely landscaping, fountain, and eating area (includes a barbecue). Kitchen is remodeled and fully equipped.

This home is in a prime, central location, one of the most desirable in Los Angeles. Walking distance to the famous shopping and entertainment center The Grove, Farmers Market, Beverly Center Mall, Cedar Sinai Hospital, LACMA (and other museums), and trendy boutiques and restaurants on 3rd Street and LaCienega. Close to West Hollywood, Pacific Design Center, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Melrose Place. The famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is only 2.4 miles away. Twenty minutes drive to Santa Monica Beach and Downtown. Twenty minutes to Universal Studios.

Perfection all the way around

Everything about our stay was perfect. Our entire family of six was absolutely delighted with our stay. The location is perfect, everyone had plenty of space, and the house is outfitted with every amenity you could want. Plus, it is in a great location to get to all of the major LA attractions.

Omaima is so attentive to every detail. We texted her when we at the grocery store to ask about whether the house had a Keurig machine. We were perfectly fine using the great regular machine in the house, but Omaima texted us a day later to say that a brand new Keurig machine was on the back porch waiting for us to return from our sightseeing.

The house made our trip an absolute success and one of our best ever as a family.

Don't delay book - A fantastic place to stay to explore L.A!!

We have just returned back (2 Sept) to the UK following a two week stay at this wonderful house. You will not regret picking this accommodation - you have all the mod cons you need, the entire house is clean and tidy, there was plenty of space for 7 of us (youngest 15yrs old). Beds were really comfortable, plenty of fresh towels, great w/machine and dryer (if needed), kitchen had all you needed inc. coffee machine etc. Omaima, the owner who lives next door, is just lovely and can't do enough to help you - whether that's finding restaurants, places to shop etc. She was great! However, the biggest plus point is the location of this house. The area is great. It felt really safe and was clean and well looked after. We had no issues at all and our 7 seater Dodge was parked on the road (too big for the garage) every night. As others have commented, you can get to most of L.A attractions within 20-30mins (in traffic which was not too bad at all). Beverly Hills and Rodeo Dr is even closer! Disneyland is 45 mins away and Universal only 25 mins away. If you like shopping The Grove is a nice place to shop and have lunch. The Farmers Market next door is great too - if you like chargrilled meats try the Brazilian grill located in one of the stalls - several spit roasts - you just choose the cuts you like and amount - fantastic! Another shopping outlet for designer wear is Desert Hills Premium Outlet. It's a good 1.5hrs away but well worth it - we got some great deals from Michael Kors, Nike, Levis, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren (plenty of other designers). Have fun - it's hard not too at this accommodation!!

Excellent property !!!!

Just back from a recent stay in LA. This property was excellent, beautiful inside a real home from home, everything you could need was catered for. There were four adults and four children in our group and we had more than enough room.

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Omaima was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble. The perfect location when visiting LA. Karen and family (Ireland and San Jose.)

Great house!

We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and there was room for everyone! Beds were nice, linens top notch; house has everything you need. Great location. Having a garage to park in was added bonus.
