Explore the surrounding areas like Ventura blvd, head to the beach, hiking trails, and famous LA attractions. Fast connection to 405 and 101 freeways to DTLA, beaches, mountains, theme parks, museums, studios.
This detached house is not a typical garage converted home. Its size is comfortable at almost 700 Sq. Ft. of living space. Access through the back of the property provides your own private entry, exit and parking.
The open-spaced living room is filled with light from multiple windows and sliding door which gives off a bright and airy feel. Dimmable recessed lighting provides a variety of mood for work from home, cooking, baking, or enjoying a family meal together. We are located in the heart of San Fernando Valley, minutes within the famous Ventura Blvd, where you find a string of local cafes and chic boutiques.
Our location is ideal and convenient. Fast connection to freeways 101 and 405. Walking distance to the Lake Balboa parks, Encino sports and recreation centers (golf, cricket, archery, tennis, soccer etc) hiking trails, historical and trendy LA spots. (Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Malibu).
