Family Visit

The house was great for children. My parents stayed for a week and my daughters (age 5 and 1) visted with them at the vrbo (with permission from hosts). They had children's dishes and utensils stocked. A pack n play and a few games and toys were also available. The outdoor area was nice and included many childrens items as well. My parents and children had a great time. The house was clean and hosts are friendly. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with kind hosts that you don't have to see on the daily, but are willing to help with almost anything. Text messaging is a good option too! :)

Why they chose this property

We are located in the heart of San Fernando Valley, minutes within the famous Ventura Blvd, where you find a string of local cafes and chic boutiques.

Our location is ideal and convenient. Fast connection to freeways 101 and 405. Walking distance to the Lake Balboa parks, Encino sports and recreation centers (golf, cricket, archery, tennis, soccer etc) hiking trails, historical and trendy LA spots. (Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Malibu).

What makes this property unique

Encino is known to be a very safe neighborhood. It consists of families fond of the outdoors. It’s normal to see people around taking a walk with their dogs, jogging towards nearby parks, or walking towards Ventura Blvd to dine and shop. It is very conveniently accessible to both 101 and 405 Freeways; so limited time spent on side streets just to get to freeways.

Unpack a picnic, take the kids to one of the many playgrounds, hop on a bike and hit a local path, or simply stroll the Ventura Blvd downtown area, pausing to enjoy an outdoor drink or meal. Encino’s concentration of parks, green spaces, and recreational venues provide endless opportunity for healthy activities. The Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area offers multiple golf courses, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, bicycle racing tracks, cricket grounds and tennis courts.
