At the top of a hill at the end of a small path, you will stay in the countryside, in the middle of lush greenery, no nuisance, absolute calm.

Rental all year round:
- during the high season (mid-June till mid-September): only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday (changeover);
- the rest of the year: minimum 4 nights, 20% reduction on 7 nights;
- special long-term stay reduction (28 nights or more), please contact the co-host.

End of stay cleaning and laundry costs (bed sheets and towels) : 200 €

The house is equiped with mosquito net blinds.

Private swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 m: single depth 1.60m, heated to 25 degrees (from 01/05 to 01/10), treated with SALT, with wooden terrace and deckchairs.

- equipped kitchen: coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, citrus press, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher // kitchen open to a large living room with TV, Fiber Optic Internet, child's high chair // scullery with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer.

You will be near La Roque-Gageac to spend pleasant afternoons on a barge and the leisure center of Castelnaud. You will also be close to the Dordogne Valley, 5km from Beynac-et-Cazenac, ranked among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France".
