Near the lake and at the foot of Mont Baron you are perfectly located between lake and mountain so you will benefit from an exceptional exposure.
Thanks to the furnished terrace you can spend an unforgettable holiday whether with family or friends.
A person will be there to welcome you and present the specificities of the property.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Housekeeping includes:
cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
storage of furniture and equipment of the accommodation
removing food from the refrigerator
The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
As stipulated in the announcement, we would like to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, sanctions could be taken against you if the neighborhood contacts us.
A deposit will be requested by hand on site and will correspond to 20% of the amount of the reservation if there is a complaint from the neighborhood.
The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 10 people, for personal reasons we do not want festive events to take place in this villa.
