Casa Redonda 1 minute walk from the beach! In the Center of Tamarindo!

We are an adventurous Couple, I'm from a small farm town in IL, I have lived in Tamarindo for 19 years. I came down right out of university and started up a surf shop and surf camp called Iguana Surf. Tracy moved down in 2016 from San Clemente, CA. I currently own a Construction company that builds Custom Homes, Condos, or Hotels. Together we purchased Casa Redonda and did a full renovation, and added three new rooms and a large living room/game room.

We recently had a son who keeps us feeling young, his name is Cole and he was born two weeks into the Pandemic. When we are not working in Paradise, we are traveling to it. I love skydiving, surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, and High altitude mountain climbing. I am currently pursuing the 7 summits challenge with my last successful climb being Mt Everest in 2019. Tracy has two older boys so between being a full time mom and property manager, she loves working out, traveling, and spending time with the family.

Location! Location! Location! Casa Redonda is 1 block off the center of town. and 1 block away from the beach. There is a local supermarket just 50 meters away. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and the main strip in town in less than 5 minutes. You are super close to all the action, but just far enough away from the heavy foot traffic, noise, and commotion of town. If you don't plan to leave Tamarindo, there is no need to rent a car, you can walk to all locations.

The house is very private and has lots of space. It has a beautifully landscaped back yard with pool and sunning deck. The house is equip to handle large groups but still feels intimate. Three of the rooms are spread out around the pool and the main house has two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and Dining area. The outside pool area has lots of lounge seating, Gas BBQ grill, TV and separate bathroom for people outside.

We also own the oldest surf shop and Tour shop in town, so we can help set you up with all your tours, adventures, or excursions your family could want.

We understand that with Covid, many family members may work for home, so we have set up individual wifi routers in all bedrooms and in the common area so all locations have very strong wifi. We currently have the fastest residential internet package at 200 megs.
