“The Coast is Clear” and is ready for you to relax and rejuvenate in Sea Isle, a charming community on Galveston’s West End that uniquely offers both beach and bay fun. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom raised house sleeps 10 and has an open floor plan — a perfect retreat for friends and families looking to make beach memories

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped (dish/glass/bake/silverware, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a regular filter coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, slow cooker and blender) to make it easy to prepare anything from a big beach breakfast to snacks, cocktails or a dinner featuring the catch of the day. With granite countertops, tons of white cabinetry, and a dining table with seating for four, plus countertop seating for four, you’ll have plenty of space and feel right at home while you’re on vacation. Behind pocket doors, the laundry has a full-size washer and dryer.

Master bathroom is immense with huge walk-in shower, shared bathroom in hallway has tub/shower combo.

Great, clean house. Lots of space for the family and very updated. We enjoyed the house very much. Close to the beach and close to the marina/restaurant in the neighborhood.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay! A couple of minor issues upon arrival (smoke detector was beeping, missing batteries in a remote) but we reached out and it was handled promptly and kindly! Instructions were clearly posted on fridge and there was no major cleaning expected as in some places! We loved the house and had a wonderful time! Thank you for making it easygoing!

Great stay

Great location to disconnect and relax. House was clean, comfortable and had a very beach vibe. Although it is 10 miles east of Galveston, we enjoyed the less congested beach as well as the bay and marina. Our college kids and friends tuned out from their devices and tuned into family time. Great weekend!

Nice house, poor location/amenities

The house was nice, and clean and exactly as advertised. The community pool manager very rudely told us that we would have to pay an extra $100 to use the pool. We explained that we were staying in the community and it was advertised with community pool use. She said that was not true. Do not rent a golf cart in this area. There is nothing near enough to access and no driving on the beach near this location. The home owners chores that they required us to do before leaving was ridiculous, considering they included cleaning fees on top of the cost. The holiday we stayed at on the island was a MUCH better value and didn’t require chore lists while on vacation.

Property was great very quite and cozy, the king bed was very comfortable, there was a small concern upon arrival and it was handled immediately. Overall it was a great place to stay

Descent location to the beach

The house was nice and in a descent location to the beach. Driving to the beach took about 2 minutes. They didn't have any hand towels or wash rags that we saw for the kitchen, we had to go out and buy our own. We also had to get some other house supplies but overall the house was nice and the ac worked really good.

Amazing

The house was in a great location, we loved the neighborhood. The access to the little store, restaurant and fishing pier was great. The little store has everything you need and absolutely the best prices ever. The house was clean and everything was provided. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Nice stay

The house is beautiful. It does require a drive to the beach, but that wasn't an issue. Parking was easy everytime we went, and that was July 4th weekend. Would stay again.

Amenities: You’ll have use of a fishing pier, park and picnic pavilion, swimming pool* and tennis court, a full-service marina, and boat launch. Located in the Sea Isle subdivision, The Sandbar Grill is a seafood restaurant with options: Eat upstairs under the palapa or downstairs in the bar area, both with beautiful views of the bay. A margarita bar is coming soon. Within the neighborhood, there’s a convenience store.

*Pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA, Monday through Friday until 5 p.m. only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or on weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance.

Location: The home is located 15 miles west of 61st Street in Galveston roughly a 20-minute drive from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Pleasure Pier. Groceries and nearby restaurants can be found at Jamaica Beach, just a few miles east of “The Coast is Clear.”
