The Centrale of Ré Island offers you this new villa, accommodating up to 8 people, ideally located between the beach and the shops of Bois-Plage.

Close to cycle paths, the villa is 500 metres from the popular Petit Sergent beach.

It is 700m from shops, the market, and the town centre.

The house is comfortable and features a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.

Parking available for 2 vehicles (and street parking possible), with an electric vehicle charging point.

Fully equipped open kitchen with a beautiful view of the pool.

Covered outdoor summer kitchen with a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 MASTER with a double bed 160x200 with en-suite bathroom and private toilet.

Bedroom 2 with a double bed 140x190.

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds 80x200 that can be brought together to make a double bed 160x200.

Bedroom 4 ANNEX with a double bed 140x190 with direct access to the terrace and pool.

A private bathroom with shower and washbasin.

A separate toilet.

The house has an air conditioning system.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

Our pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ré Island! Ré Island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Ré Island in the best conditions!
