Three large bedrooms (sleep 6) each with its own private bathroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room (can sleep two more). View the ocean and bay from the spacious, southern-exposure balcony. The Sea Palms is a 4-story building with an elevator, with two assigned under-the-building parking for each unit. Best of all, it’s a leisurely 100 yards to the beach!

This exquisite property is available to rent Saturday-to-Saturday with weekends+ available year-round. This is the first time this unit has ever been available for rent! Features include: central air conditioning, full sized washer & dryer, beautifully-appointed kitchen any gourmand would love ... with microwave, dishwasher, flat cooking top and oven, large side-by-side fridge, lots of small appliances, plus there are TVs with cable and DVDs in living room and all three bedrooms, plus a gas fireplace for cool fall or winter nights. The living room and dining room area is open, large, inviting, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The large balcony offers sweeping views of the ocean & the bay, and has a lovely dining table and comfy chairs, as well as 2 lounge chairs.

Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed, nor rentals to groups under age 25 - NO SENIOR WEEK CELEBRANTS, please.

Linens and towels can be rented, if you prefer to not bring your own.

Spacious Property, Great Location, True to Description!

A group of eight (aged 28-32) stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Of any condo i have stayed in in Ocean City, this is by far the most spacious. The common area and porch was more than enough room for all eight to congregate and each bedroom contained ample space. The bathrooms were modern and also were sufficiently spaced (especially the king bedroom bathroom). I should note that while each bedroom has a bathroom, the queen bedroom shares it's bathroom with the common area. This is considered a plus because no one in common area (and sleeping in the living room) had to use a bedroom to access the bathroom. The pictures in the description are accurate.

The location was great - 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the bay. Spectacular views of both from the unit. Has two restaurants within 5 minutes walking and the further restaurant has a patio bar on the bay. Otherwise both the north- and south-bound bus stops -- $3 for all-you-can-ride per day -- are within 5 minutes as well.

One reviewer had issue with the parking spots included with the rental. We did not have an issue. In fact, we had four cars and were able to snag two free parking spots out front of the property as they became available and used the two underneath the property. No issue here.

Appliances were fine. Need to bring bed linens, towels and paper products but that's completely expected.

Saving the best for last. Cindy was excellent. She was very responsive when questions were asked and provided her personal number in the event anything occurred during our stay. Nothing did, but this was comforting.

Overall, GREAT property. Would highly recommend it. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Cindy!

Clean, comfortable, and spacious! Perfect place to stay for a bachelorette weekend. Across the street from our favorite crab shack Bellybusters and a few blocks from Secrets. Cindy was helpful and efficient!

Beautiful Home & Location

We loved the house and the location. Everything was very neat, nice, clean, and spacious! The only issue we had was parking. One of the spaces for our unit was not properly marked and the 1 space that was marked other people kept parking in it because they had issues with their spot. The parking needs to be resolved; that was the only issue all weekend.
