The Village of Britannia is a 90-acre estate centrally located off West Bay Road in Grand Cayman Britannia Villa guests have access to spectacular Seven Mile Beach by way of the public path located between the Grand Cayman Beach Suites property and Watercolours.

This unit is situated in a serene, secure residential area. To maintain a peaceful environment, no parties are permitted, and guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. We request guests to minimize noise throughout their stay. Non-compliance may lead to penalties or reservation cancellation.

Great location and lots of space

My daughter and her friends from university had a great week. They had plenty of comfortable space and enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Big, clean condo with nice pool steps from property. Very close to grocery store and about a 15 min walk to beach. Excellent communication with owner. Thank you!

Grand Getaway

Great spacious villa close to SMB, restaurants and shopping. Easily fit two families including three kids with plenty of room to spare. Located directly across from pool in quiet and safe community (noticed guards walking and biking thru daily). Screened porch overlooking landscaping and walking paths. Would definitely return!

A beautiful home

Perfect for four couples. Things we wish were clearer in the description: Four bedrooms, each with their own bath. There was no sharing. It is very close to the beach but we wouldn't advise walking. Concierge service responded to problems very quickly.

Excellent property and location!

We stayed in the unit for over a week. The location is tucked away in a quiet subdivision. It was very peaceful. It's about a 15 or so-minute walk to the Fosters grocery store and just a couple minutes more to Camana Bay. The beach is walkable as well. The unit is modern and spacious. We got a lot of use out of the screened-in balcony. I would definitely stay again.

Christmas holiday

We were delighted with this property. It was very bright and airy inside, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. My only concern was everything provided was glass or pottery so with young children that was a worry. We bought additional plastic cups, plates etc. However definitely a property we would return to. Thank you for a great holiday.

Family Getaway

What a perfect family home for our group of seven. Its location close to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach was perfect. We rented a car and drove to Governors Beach or Seven Mile Beach (when the cruise ship is not in town) and had amazing days. The only thing this home is missing is beach chairs for our trips. Carol was an excellent host and made sure we knew where everything was. Comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Rent it!
