This is exactly as advertised and just what we needed. It is essentially a nice hotel room with a lot more privacy and without the cost for the area. The neighborhood was quiet and we we were able to enjoy a few evenings on the patio. We would stay again if we were in the area.

The Casita is in a nice neighborhood, it was fun checking out the gardens around us. Being from Ohio we were surprised how chilly the nights are-so an extra blanket for the bed might be appreciated ❤️

Tyler was an awesome host and his property was exceptionally clean. Tyler allowed me to check in a bit earlier in the day so I could drop my luggage off as I went about the rest of my trip. He was very communicative and the check in / check out process was simple. The property was as described, very clean, well appointed, and in a great neighborhood. Quaint but very small

This VRBO is located in a very nice neighborhood. The Casita is well kept and very clean. It was smaller than expected and there was not enough lighting in the room. I must say, that the temperature in the room was set at a Comfortable level. The size of the room, being what it was, we felt that it was overpriced.
