We welcome you to our charming apartment "Le Mosala 2**", located in a residence with direct access to the beach of Saint-Leu. Designed for 4 people, this apartment is ideally situated to enjoy a stay in an idyllic setting by the ocean and close to the town centre.

A fully fitted and designed kitchen for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, a refrigerator and a freezer.

Two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and a desk area. The second bedroom consists of a double bed with storage space. It opens directly onto the terrace.

L'emplacement idéal sur la plage de saint leu La taille du logement, très spacieux L'équipement globalement complet de l'appartement (à noter que par rapport à d'autres commentaires, les climatisations fonctionnent très bien et le canapé du salon semble neuf) La clarté des explications pour obtenir les clés et avoir les informations Ménage à renforcer Trouver un moyen pour se débarrasser des pigeons sur la terrasse Des équipements vieillissants qui font perdre du standing à cette location (salle de bain, peintures, une partie de la cuisine, ventilateur du salon qui grince)

Les pieds dans l'eau

La situation de l'appartement au bord de l'eau, l'emplacement de parking pour la voiture, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Bien sûr réparer au plus vire la porte donnant un accès rapide à la plage et surtout sans passer par l'appartement. Vérifier les fermetures de la baie vitrée du salon.

Logement dans son jus !

Seul point positif l emplacement du logement ! J ai mis 3 étoiles sur 5 mais vraiment limité a n en mettre que 2, une pour la vue et la 2ème pour la proximité du centre ville. Un mail au service réclamation a été envoyé pour lequel je n ai aucune nouvelle…(étant limité en caractères dans les points à améliorer, je précise ceci dans ce cadre…) Déçu autant par ses équipements que par son entretien ! Les photos font rêver et devraient être remises à jour… Concernant l état général : - La porte d entrée, des jours dans le bois au point de voir la lumière extérieure, - concernant la cuisine, les meubles ont besoin d un très gros rafraîchissement, portes bancales, sales, la table de cuisine tachée - la salle de bain, moisissure sur les joints de la baignoire, joints non étanches provoquant une fuite si plusieurs douches sont prises à la suite, - concernant les climatisations, goutte à goutte d une eau jaunâtre, aussi bien dans la salle à manger que celle de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse (les gouttes tombant sur le lit) probablement dut à un manque d entretien! -concernant la terrasse, porte donnant accès à la plage condamnée, mauvaises herbes passant entre les lamelles de bois qui elles aussi nécessiteraient d un entretien ! Concernant les équipements : -dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle HS, bien évidemment nous l avons découvert sur place, nous n avions pas et informés. Cafetière à dosette où celles ci tombent directement dans le bac récupérateur…non fonctionnelle, un signalement a été fait, une personne de Keylodge est venue constater, la cafetière n a pas été changé pour autant ! Il a fallu faire avec tout le séjour… Pas de gant de cuisine, pour sortir des plats du four, -pas de parasol à disposition pour se poser sur la plage, -logement pour 6 équipé pour 4 sur la terrasse, -serviettes,torchons propreté douteuse

Emplacement de rêve.

L'emplacement idéale, plage, mer, couchée de soleil, terrasse malgré un manque d'entretient. Bonne literie aucune explication sur les poubelles , non sortie donc odeur. Clim très brillantes, inefficace salon et 1 chambre. Bruit des bloc clim extérieure gênant pour dormir. Pas de code pour ouverture de la porte rouge. Un seul jeux de clés pas suffisant Porte accès plage très dur à fermer.

Séjour mosala

Nous avons passez un bon moment l'emplacement est génial. La vue top. L'entretien de la terrasse n'est pas très bien fait, on voit qu'elle n'est pas nettoyé régulièrement. Le matelas de la chambre proche de la terrasse est inconfortable. Le canapé lit n'a pas de matelas et n'est pas adapté à 2 personnes.
