506 Timmons is brand new to the vacation rental market and has everything a large family would want or need. On the first floor you will find one of two living area and kitchens. Living area has plenty of seating. large flat screen tv and kitchen has all brand new stainless appliances, eating bar for two and dining table for six. There are two large bedrooms on this floor. Both bedrooms have king beds, flat scree televisions and there is one full bathroom with a tub shower combo. On the second floor you will find the second kitchen with all stainless appliances, dining table that seats six and eating bar that also seats six. On this floor you will also find the second living area with plenty of seating and another flatscreen television and screened in porch over looking pool area. The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen televison, bathroom with double vanit sink, walk in shower and garden tub. On the third floor you will find a guest room one with two full beds and flatscreen television. Guest room two has a king bed and guest room three is a large bunk room complete two bunks with twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom. There is a large flatscreen television, foosball table and two swings. The bathroom on this floor has a double vanity sink with a tub shower combo.

Back down stairs and out the back door is your very own private pool, fire pit with seating, a eating table for eight under the covered porch. This home is located on the South end of Saint Simons. Its approximately a 5 minute car or golf cart ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, putt putt, fishing pier and the historic Saint Simons Island Light House. Grocery store is only a ten minute drive. There are bike paths around Saint Simons that will take you pretty much anywhere on the island.

***Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. We do not offer early check in or late check outs, no exceptions.***

** Pool can be heated for $100.00 per day or $500.00 for the week.

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels

2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
