Beautiful beach house with a great layout for our group. We were 8 adults and we loved how many rooms were available. We have stayed at many houses over the years in this area and this one was our favorite. The patio is amazing, the kitchen layout was spacious and we loved being able to easily walk out onto the sand. This house is now our #1 pick for our next trip.

Beach front with great view of ocean. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Recommend a different microwave as the current one smells like burnt popcorn. We had a lovely time celebrating birthdays and 65 years of friendship.

Great Place

My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. We loved that it was right on the beach. There was plenty of room for the eight of us and it had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit.

Family Get Away

Host was great. House was clean. The view was beautiful from bedrooms. Plenty of room and lots to do for teenagers and adults.

The beach and ocean view were horrible. Who wants to sit on the beach with non stop cars and vehicles with large flags, tires and noise. Besides being horrible for the air and ocean; It is not safe as I was on vacation with little children. This is a horrible liability.It was not evident on the site and explained that there are trucks and cars from 8 am to 9 pm.Never again!

Great stay

Our stay at the house was wonderful! It’s located right by the beach, and we had a great time enjoying the ocean. In the evenings, we went into town, which was easily accessible. The house was clean, and the owners were incredibly gracious and amenable. We had no issues with check-in or check-out, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Family Traditions

We stayed in Oceano for the first time on our yearly family vacation. This home accommodated us very well. The location is great, right on the sand. The homeowner is very attentive and communicated with us promptly. The caretaker/housekeeper brought us over some wood for a night time fire. Loved it!!

Perfect beachfront getaway

The place was exactly as pictured. Everyone loved the location and the home. There’s 10 of us and everything the house provided was plenty for all of us. Communication with owner was beyond satisfaction. We would definitely book this house again. Thanks for share your house with us.

Stay right on the sand

This property is all about the location. If you want to be right on the sand this is a great place. It also has a lot of room for those who vacation together. The down sides are that it is stuck in a 1960 time warp and a lot of the “maintenance” has been sloppy or neglected. It needs a total gut of both bathrooms and the kitchen. We had a good stay and the grandchildren loved walking out the back door to play in the sand.

Family beach stay

The property was very nice. Enough space for everyone. Small issue with the use of the coffee maker but we just fixed that by going out for coffee. Also a bit sad that the view we had on the main floor was of a huge wall of sand. If we wanted to enjoy the ocean view we had to go upstair to the balcony. Other than that it was a nice house and we enjoyed our time there.

Good location

The location is great. There were a few problems with the home. Two showers leak. Coffee maker doesn’t work well. We were told right before we left that the dryer wasn’t working. Windows don’t open. No screens on doors. For the price we paid I feel that these things would keep me from coming here again.

The property was great. Location perfect. Kitchen and livings spaces including bedrooms were great. The list states 4 bathrooms, there were 3 bathrooms with toilet and another room was shower only so that was a bit miss leading. However layout and space was great. We would boom again. Host was very responsive.
