Perfectly situated altho homeless out front do make some noise (earplug if windows open and you’re fine). Amenities perfectly acceptable. Great to have parking! Fred was easily available.

Fred and his wife were wonderful. They showed us everything we needed when we arrived and when we had questions we texted them on WhatsApp and got quick responses. The apartment was beautiful modern and had all the conveniences we needed including Netflix which made us very happy. The location is right in the heart of everything! It's a short walk to Old Town, the tourism Bureau is next door, and there are dozens of wonderful little restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and won't forget our time in Montpellier. Our host and his wife made it all the more special.

This modern AC apartment looks and feels just like the pictures. Modern, clean, and well appointed. The view of l’Ecusson is pleasing from the 8th floor and there is easy access to the Polygone mall, Monoprix, and Place de Comedie. Fred politely welcomed us and showed us the ropes when we arrived and stopped by to say goodbye when we left. Having air conditioning and an elevator was essential.

Formidable apartment au centre de Montpellier, trés gentil hôte

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans l'appartement de Fred. Fred est un hôte formidable - très aimable et serviable ! L'appartement au 8ème étage est très beau, donne une vue magnifique sur Montpellier et est bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait : la Brioche Dorée juste en face, de nombreux magasins dans la galerie marchande Polygone à environ 100 mètres. Et en 1 minute, on est sur la place centrale de la Comédie - on ne peut pas faire mieux. J'ai également apprécié le parking privé et fermé. Donc l'appartement de Fred est vraiment à recommander !!!
