Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on Silver Sands Beach with magnificent ocean views and full private beach access! Our home is located in a beachy, family-friendly neighborhood with tons of activities to do! The boardwalk is a located at the end of our street (just a quick walk away) and you can find some of the best restaurants in downtown Milford or New Haven! There is also a public beach at the end of our street, in addition to a national state park.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Hi everyone! My sister Hannah (co-host) & I CANNOT wait to have you stay in our homes!!! We are beach obsessed, summer loving, warm weather enthusiasts who grew up spending our summers on the beach. Fast forward several years later... we knew it was our destiny to continue the tradition! In 2021 we began renovating, decorating & airbnb-ing oceanfront homes along CT's coast. We believe the beach is the best way to relax, heal, & escape. :)

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in a beachy community where my sister and I spent our summers growing up. Our home is cozy yet spacious with all the amenities you could possibly need to dine in, relax, walk to the beach and enjoy! Fully equipped with kitchen amenities, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and even a beach umbrella! :)

Family friendly neighborhood. Many of our neighbors are year-round stayers. Our no party policy ensures our neighbors that we have respectful guests staying in our home. We can't wait for you to enjoy the sunshine and beach breeze!

Full private beach access, 1-mile long boardwalk, National State Park, Charles Island, public beach at end of street, tons of restaurants and activities to do near by, Milford Green, New Haven Pizza, in addition to shopping outlets, grocery stores, and food delivery services. This ocean-view cottage also offers breathtaking sunrises and sunset views all year round!
