This beautiful newly painted home is fully newly furnished ready for you to enjoy the unique town of Oxford, Mississippi. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath.There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a less than a mile walk if you choose. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. WiFi is included, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Private parking in front of home. We hope you enjoy your stay!
The space
Windstone is in the Heart of Oxford with easy access to the Ole Miss campus and the Oxford Square. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off University Avenue. There is a 75” smart TV in the living area with Fire TV , access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. Master King room with Benq projector with fire stick. All other bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private wooded deck area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. There is also a new charcoal grill on the back deck. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.

Guests self check in and the entire condo is available for guest's use. There is a keypad on front door to access the home. There is private parking in front of home. There is additional parking behind the unit if needed.

We attended family wedding Some activities were in the square and some were out of town . This location was very short drive to square, was right next to a drugstore , grocery and fast access to highway .

This house was absolutely perfect for the 7 of us “old” friends! We especially appreciated that each bedroom had a bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. We loved the back deck, too. This was great for my group. I traveled with my father, and my brother and sister-in-law. We each had our own bedroom with attached bath, which was perfect.The only slight negative I can say is common areas aren't very big, but we didn't really need them to be. It was cold when we were there, but the deck would be very nice in warmer weather. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. A wonderful stay!!

Great visit to Oxford

This is an outstanding property if you are visiting Ole Miss and Oxford. The house has a great set up with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It is in an excellent location close to the Square downtown. Kroger is 1/2 mile away and there is an awesome bakery called Community Backery minutes away. The beds in the house are awesome. i love a firm bed and the one i slept in was vey firm. Check it out I strongly I rexcand it.

Great stay with family!

The house was perfect for my family of five. We were in town for an Ole Miss Athletic event. We were only about 10 minutes from campus, which is beautiful and even closer to the city square. If we return to Oxford, I hope to stay in this location again!
