3 bedroom villa in a secure residence with 8x4 infinity pool, tropical garden of 1200m² and a magnificent sea view! Between Sainte Anne and Saint François, ideally located on the seafront.
8 minutes walk from a very pretty beach (see photo) with its waterfront restaurant, 10 minutes walk from the Helleux surf spot (Surf School) Gros Sable beach and 20 minutes walk from the lagoon of Bois Jolan, access to the beaches is by a small footpath from the residence, without any road to cross!
The sea is 120 m away: let yourself be carried away by the sound of the waves...
