Cozy Waterfront Cabin with Large Pier

Come escape to this authentic log cabin nestled in the woods on Shoals Creek/Wilson Lake. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset on the large pier with 2 boat slips and jet ski lift. There is a multi-level deck for grilling and relaxing and a screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee.

The log cabin welcomes you into a dining room, a spacious kitchen and a cozy den. The master bedroom with king bed and the bathroom are also on main level. The loft contains a reading nook and 2 large bedrooms. Both of the upstairs bedrooms contain a full size bed and 2 twins.

You will feel like a world away but are conveniently located only 15 min from Florence, AL.

Boats can be put in at local boat ramps and parked at the top of the hill near the road of our secluded home. We do not advise pulling boat down the driveway.

We have an additional lake house next door if more space is needed for multiple families.

Had a fabulous time with our family for Thanksgiving. The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Pier with fire pit was great for s’mores. Host was gracious and kept in touch if we needed anything. Will definitely be back for summer activities.

Stunning cabin

First of all, I do have to say this cabin is stunning…host was very precise on describing this cabin. First night we were here, hot water was not working like it should. They had a plumber out to fix it the next day. The king size bed in the downstairs bedroom was so comfortable. I just wish there was a heavier comforter on the bed. make this

Family time

The cabin was amazing, very clean, quiet neighborhood and the host was very accommodating! We are a family of eight and had plenty of space. The screen porch was the best!

Lovely weekend getaway

Such a cute cabin with a fascinating story. The kids loved jumping off the piers and swimming all day. A quiet location that was safe for swimming, paddle boarding.

Perfection!

This is the second time we stayed at the cabin and both times were perfect! The cabin was spotless and cozy. From jumping off the double decker dock to fishing, to reading on the screened in porch, the whole week was ideal. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Home was nice and clean. Toiletries were supplied. Kitchen necessities were supplied. The outdoor area was great! We loved having our own boat area and dock. All around beautiful place.

Cozy Cabin Getaway

My family loved our stay so much we wanted to stay longer! The home was cozy with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The location on the water was peaceful but also convenient. The communication from the host was great! Definitely a five star stay for my family!

The cabin is a terrific place for a quiet getaway. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock and I relaxed for hours on the screened porch.

Beautiful property in a great location

This place made for a wonderful trip. I got nothing but compliments from the other people on the trip for picking out such a beautiful space. Especially nice for medium sized groups as there's plenty of spaces to all be together, but also space to spread out.

Good kids had a good time on the lake!!!

All over good neighor two houses over where very loud almost all night,playing on the lake was fun,I was not feeling well, stairs almost got me!!

Unique Rustic Peaceful

This property location is 5 stars-right on the water, surrounded by woods, but so close to town. There are houses next to it, but because of the wooded area you feel alone. The outdoor pier is a great place to gaze at the water and watch the boats pass. The kids had fun jumping and swimming right from the property. We were able to explore the creek in the kayaks. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. It is surrounded by trees, therefore was the perfect place to relax & listen to the birds. The home itself is a historical treat. It is a “rustic” interior (creaky floors, dim lighting, doors that lock by hook & eye closures) which adds to the charm of the cabin. If you are looking for luxury, you may want to stay elsewhere. Only one bathroom was inconvenient, but it was worth it. Also, you need to be physically able to climb stairs.

On the way to a little league baseball tourney in Omaha

It was absolutely amazing and the best part of our trip. The house was so clean and we really enjoyed reading about the history of the house. My kids jumped off the boathouse over a 100 times it was so fun to watch! We will be back. Thank you for the awesome memories!

River cabin

Very rustic and private cabin( only complaint is the neighbors dog barks a lot). Lot of steps to the boat dock, but great for the legs! Loved the location. The electricity surges a lot. Every-time you turn on microwave, coffee pot or washer the power behaves like it is being drained. May need to be checked. None the less, we enjoyed our week get-away.

True Church Conference

We come to the Muscle Shoals area every year for the True Church Conference at Grace Life Church of the Shoals. In the past I’ve stayed at hotels. Never again! This cabin was wonderful-the location, uniqueness of the cabin-all of it was incredible. I will definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it to others. The view alone is worth it!
