Located on a quiet slough with a view of the main water, this home was completely updated in 2021. The open concept with lake access is ideal for large families, multiple families, or a romantic getaway.

This lakefront property is conveniently located close to town for shopping or exploring the Historic Shoals area known for its music and the arts or spend your days relaxing on the pier! Also located within minutes of Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at The Shoals.

Boathouse area and boats are not included in the rental. Trespassing is prohibited. Guests may bring their own boat and use the dock for anchoring.

Property is to be reasonably clean and free of damages. Bath towels may not be used for swimming. Charges apply if not left in reasonable condition.

Smoking within 50ft of the home is prohibited. Any smoking debris must be removed from property upon checkout. Failure to comply will result in fees.
