Spectacular gated waterfront home situated on 155' deep water and surrounded by incredible landscaping designed by a landscape architect from Birmingham. Italian style that reminds our ancestors.

The home is just inside a deep cove and positioned to view the main lake from almost every room in the house. 5 BR, 4 bathrooms. Steam shower. Play room with arcade, pool table, bar large TV, awesome views. Accommodates 4 couples and kids room.

windows were not clean, spider webs throughout house, games in entertainment room were not working. couldn't play pool, air hockey machine not working, grill was broke we just went and bought one. parking was great, its a fantastic location for playing golf, close to good restaurants, we were able to check in early. i would recommend just needs some general housekeeping.

We found this gem after a failed rental in the area. It was a short-notice booking and the host was very responsive. The pictures do not do this house, landscape and view justice! Plenty of space for our party of 10, indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside on the expansive patios and at the dock which sits at the mouth of a large cove on the Tennessee River. The water was clean and deep at the dock. The lower patio was shaded and had rattan furniture. We were here for sports, so didn’t bring our boat, but has room for one in either side of the dock. You would need bumpers. We brought two blow up paddle boards and fishing poles. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has an over-sized fridge and an independent ice-maker downstairs in one of two bar areas. The trash had not been picked up from the previous week and the host sent someone to pick it up within the hour! Highly recommend if you love the water and views!

The location is great with amazing views, dock great for swimming and boating and good floor plan/spacious. Furnishings and linens are dated and could use replacing. Quite a few issues on day one, needed handyman to remove spider webs, wasp nests and fix multiple items. Manager responsive and over all a good experience. Unsure if we would rent again.

INCREDIBLE!

SIMPLY AMAZING! My wife and I rented this house for our son’s graduation from UNA. We we able to host his Grandmas, aunts and uncles under one roof very comfortably. The view of the lake and the never-ending decks were fantastic. The inside boast three large gathering areas with plenty of entertainment. While the house never seems to end yet still feels cozy and warm. There is plenty of parking and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Rafi for this experience and ease of communication with you. We created a lot of memories!

All stays are different this one was exquisite adding lush greenery ,beautiful landscape flowing a flowing river that provides perfect peace to enjoy with family. We've been inspired to enjoy life different from a single experience.

Great House

Huge house with lots to do. Lake view is beautiful. Close to RTJ golf courses. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. Plenty of parking. Nice dock. Only complaint is there are very few couches. There are multiple giant rooms that only have seating for 3-4 people. We just had to bring in dining room chairs, which isn’t the most comfortable solution but also isn’t the end of the world. Manager is communicative and helpful via text.

Best house in Florence

Each year a group of friends meet up in Florence to reconnect for the weekend. This is the best house we have stayed out. Great view. Amazing space. A perfect place to relax. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Family Christmas Vacation

First, let me tell you about Rafi!!!! I booked this gorgeous home to celebrate Christmas with our family and my 80th birthday and called Rafi asking if he could find any Christmas decorations for the home. He said " I don't think we have any,", but when we arrived on December 20th, he had the home decorated for Christmas, absolutely beautiful. All areas of this home were perfect for a large family to enjoy and be upon each other. The game room was a hit not only with the little ones but the adults as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fully furnished with fine linens and plenty of towels, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for our big Christmas dinner and birthday party. There was plenty of room to park all of the cars, oh and the boys loved playing ping pong, what fun!!! The weather was good enough for the boys to go fishing and they did catch 2-3!!! Just a big shout out to Rafi again for making this very special time with our family wonderful.

Beautiful house and lake view

We were a group of 4 couples - great home for the 8 of us. Enjoyed our stay, the deck and patio, the view of the water. Perfect proximity to the RTJ Muscle Shoals Golf Courses, which was the reason for our trip. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Phenomenal House on the Water

This was the perfect place for a quick weekend golf trip with some buddies. Plenty of tvs throughout the house with an awesome game room downstairs. The outdoor patio areas are simply incredible and the views are immaculate. Couldn’t recommend this house enough.

Great lake house perfect for golf trips

Huge lake house that fit all 8 of us very comfortably. Check in was kind of a disaster but once that was resolved, the house was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area for a few days.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 teens. The house is located in a quiet cove with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. The outside decks and patios are spacious and comfortable with chairs, tables, a grill and gas fire pit. There are two public boat ramps within 5 miles and the dock has two slips with lifts. There is plenty of parking space with and easily fit our two vehicles and 20ft bass boat. The house is also convenient to the RTJ Shoals golf courses. The interior of the home is very impressively decorated including a large dining room table. The 5 bedrooms accommodated everyone in our group.The house has multiple televisions, a billiard table, air hockey, video game and foosball that were great for the teens when not on the lake. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this property and hope to use it again.
