Great location

We stayed here while doing our University of Utah student/parent orientation. The location was perfect! Close to all the places we needed to be and all the others we wanted to explore. Mark was fantastic about communicating and giving us all the particulars for checking in and out. Would stay again!

We loved everything about this place. The beds were very comfortable. The set up was perfect. The property manager was very responsive to any requests that we had. The location is perfect. It was right in the middle of everything that we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Good Apartment for a few days

Overall the apartment was a great place to stay.I do wish the kitchen had more updated utensils and overall certain tools to use in the kitchen. We loved the stay though

Just like the title, quite, clean and comfortable place to stay. Parking was no problem, sometimes it can be with apartments. Communication was good! Will stay again.

Great place to stay

Came down to SLC for quick football weekend and it was a perfect place for us. Quick uber ride to stadium for football and we walked back from the Delta Center after the basketball game. Unit was very clean, beds were VERY comfortable. I would highly recommend!!!!! Thank you.

Convenient

This property was convenient to all Salt Lake has to offer, especially for marathon weekend. The refrigerator ran constantly and was loud, but otherwise clean and comfortable.

SLC Apt

Like previous reviews I would really have liked more towels in the property. The place could definitely use a lot of TLC but it worked fine for our short three day stay. Host responded to every message promptly.

Just about everything about the property was nice. The customer needs a degree in computer science to watch tv. all I wanted was local news for the local Weather. never got that.

The window blinds were broken so anybody could see into the bedroom. Candy rappers all over the floor in the bedroom. The toilet up stairs struggled to flush.

As advertised

The place was as advertised, clean and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Location is convenient to a lot of areas. Kitchen is relatively well equipped. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for repairs while we were there. Not their fault, but disappointing for a ski trip when I chose the location in part for that. Owners were very responsive when we reached out and reduced the rate for the inconvenience. Only other minor issue was the heater. The heater in the main room isn’t strong enough - even after leaving it on 75 for 24 hours it still felt like it was in the 60s in there. Bring your sweats.

Huge amounts of dust and cobwebs on ceiling and fans. Hide a bed mattress needs cleaned. I was staying in SLC for surgery. This apartment really should have been professionally cleaned. Visibly dirty ceilings is unacceptable especially when a cleaning deposit is added to the bill.

The unit was very dirty upon arrival. Very dusty, cobwebs hanging everywhere, carpets are filthy and ceiling is black with dirt. Bathrooms were not clean either. Not satisfied at all! let owner know that were very unhappy and would not recommend this place to anyone

Would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

This is just the right amount of space for up to 4 adults. High quality, really comfortable beds and linens. It is very near the pool, which seemed to be quite well maintained. It's a good location, no matter what your reason for visiting SLC. Quick trip to the airport, close to U of U and Huntsman. Off street parking. Nearby restaurants and shopping, or just pleasant walking in the residential streets.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and had all of our needs met. The rooms were very comfortable and ambient. The only setback was that we did not have enough bath towels, we booked our stay for 5 guests and only had four bath towels. 3 pool towels were discovered and used later in our stay. The fifth person sleeping on the pull out couch didn’t have extra blankets, but when requested, they were brought to us in good time. There were sheets on the pull out bed though, so that’s good. Aside from that, the place could use a deep cleaning, but it wasn’t bad. Just little things like fingerprints on doors. Batteries seemed to be dead on the fan remote, and the garbage can lid. And there were no bath mats, again, not a big deal, but it is more comfortable to not drip directly on the bathroom floors after showering. We had a nice stay overall and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would stay again.
