Newly remodeled in 2021! Beautiful 2-bedroom (king in master and 2 twins in second),
2-bathroom, full kitchen, living room with amazing views of the ICW (Intercoastal Waterway)! Large Recreation room with large screen TV, sound system, queen sleeper sofa, bar seating, refrigerator, and grille which opens to the outdoors! Screened in patio, large deck with spectacular views of the ICW! Washer and dryer on-site. Kayaks available. Large dock and lift can accommodate boats and jet skis for fishing and exploring on the ICW or relaxing on the water with a cocktail! Parking for boat trailer and 1 hook-up for motorhome!

Need more space, you can also rent the 1-bedroom/1-bathroom on-site! See River House 1 at same address!

Excellent location!

The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and tranquil. We delighted in observing the sunrises over the Indian River. The pet-friendly environment was a significant advantage, providing our dog with ample space to exercise in the well-maintained yard. The location was ideally situated between Sebastian and Melbourne. The host was most welcoming.

House was clean and adequate-no frills. Outside needed repairs. Road noise was really loud and busy and for that reason alone would not stay again.

4th of July Long Weekend Getaway

The home was situated very close to all activities and had an AMAZING view of the Indian River. I am a coffee junky so I was a bit disappointed there was only a Keurig machine. Nothing that a quick trip to Walmart didn't fix. Note to self, double check on kitchen amenities before traveling. Overall great memories were created.
