Take a break get away there's room for all to stay. The kitchen the place to be, you can watch your favorite team on TV. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the deck and you sit and relax. Two driveways make parking a breeze, handicap ramp and one handicap bath. New hall bath has make up area. LR has sectional and additional chairs and bay window. King and queen bed down with TV's. Up stairs 2 queen beds additional queen blow up mattress in closet. Gas grill out back.

Minutes away from Downtown Vermillion, public beach area, ice cream parlors, eateries, Vermillion river reservation and much more. West River Paddling Co, canoe and kayak rentals. From jet skis to boat rides you can find just about everything in Vermilion.

Vermilion on the Lake

We had a short stay to visit family in Lorain. It was ashort drive to Cedar Point. We enjoyed the cottage.

Wonderful place for family to gather!

Beautiful location and setting, fantastic space for family to gather! We were in town for my daughter's college graduation. The house was a perfect hangout for between activities gathering. Enormous kitchen VERY WELL stocked with anything you could possibly need. Lovely view from the front porch, wonderful backyard for the doggo to run around. Everything was just perfect!

Well stocked with everything one might need, including coffee and tea.Comfortable beds and furniture.Front porch is nice for sitting to watch the sunset through the trees. Limited views of the Lake.Great air conditioning.Lots of tvs.A few maintenance issues:Front screen had us locked out at first (was repaired)Slow drain made the accessible shower unusableBack sliding door and screen were hard to open and closeTerrible odor coming from kitchen drainsStairs to the upper level have a top step that is higher than the rest (trip hazard)Upstairs rooms are under slanted roof ( this short adult female bumped her head more than once)

My son-in laws precious grandmother & grandfather lived in this house. I also wanted to spend more time closer to my family and summers in Memphis just to HOT!.
