Leider echt daneben

Wir gingen mit Freunden (22 Personen) eine Woche in die Ferien. Erstmal zum wenigen positiven: Die Location war echt super mit Blick aufs Meer. Negativ: - Die Übergabe des Hauses war schlecht, da der Hausbesitzer keine anderen Sprachen außer Italienisch sprach, was die Kommunikation mangelhaft machte. - Sauna war abgeschlossen, Whirpool nicht benutzbar (völlig verschmutzt) - Hauseigentüer kommt mehrmals täglich ohne sich anzumelden auf das Grundstück. (um 7:30 Am morgen!) - Fremde Person wohnte während der ganzen Woche auf unserem Areal. Fremde Frauen gingen bei dieser Person ein und aus. - Vermieter wollte bei Ankunft plötzlich mehr Kaution - Das Haus hat 4 Küchen aber keine funktionierte richtig, Töpfe waren schon bei ankunft angebrannt und verschmutzt. - Vermieter stellte uns am letzten Abend ohne Vorwarnung den Strom und das Wasser für mehr als 12 Stunden ab. Am Ende der Ferien bekommen wir die Kaution dann nicht mehr zurück... ich bin sprachlos

Small disaster

I am sending points of complain. Points of complain: • Nobody explain how things going on villa • Cintia woman who was there for take money for (Consumption costs, Mandatory, Deposit and final cleaning) wanted to have extra money 25€/day for climatization. I refused because climatization must be included Consumption cost 100€/day. • Outside grill – was very dirty, not cleaned weeks. (photos was send on last e-mail). Somebody arrived in 3 days and clean (not only clean, becuase it wasn´t possible to clean. They had to buy new grill grid) • Outside floor was very dirty specially around the grill • Ouside oven doesn´t work • Outside dishwasher doesn´t work • Whirpool was very dirty, not ready to be used. Somebody told me that doesnt work but we made it work ourself. • Trash wasn´t left by previous guests • Fridges wasn´t clean. There were food from somebody • Mold on the rooms and furnitures I enclose photos. • Very creaky bed. I enclose video. Not possible to sleep there. • Not enought hot water there. We had small children there and it was very big problem • Fitness – no coment, please compare photos of Novasol pages and my. Room was full of mold. • Somebody live on the small garden house !!!! • Troubles with toilet desk. Lots of was broken. Petang ground is on very bad condition. • Last day arrived somebody at 8:00 and begin to clean or do something during breakfast. It was very rude and discourteously.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Familie in super Unterkunft

Wir waren als 3 Familien mit mehreren Kindern von 1 bis 17 Jahren für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Allen hat es sehr gut gefallen, da das Gelände weitläufig und sehr schön angelegt ist. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden von riesigem Pool bis Pizza Steinbackofen. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, da man Meerblick hat durch die Anhöhe und in ca. 5 Minuten per Auto am schönen Strand ist. Zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad ist es zu weit. Auch der Besitzer ist sehr nett und das Abendessen das er kocht ist echt super. Von daher alle Daumen hoch.

Schönes Anwesen - leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Das Anwesen ist ein Traum. Platz für groß und klein und für jeden was dabei. Die Küchen, die Geräte darin und das Inventar müssten mal wieder gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Küchen waren sehr dreckig und das Geschirr auch. In der Kaffeemaschine stand der Schimmel. Die Gasherde gehen nur vereinzelt . Rundherum müsste einfach ein wenig erneuert und etwas Geld investiert werden. Es wäre schade wenn dieses schöne Anwesen noch weiter runter kommt.
