a) Two spacious bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with two full beds. A twin cot bed is also available for the fifth person. New comfort mattresses on all beds.

c) Fully renovated Chef's kitchen with all new appliances - fridge, microwave, gas range with hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender .
d) Living room with Smart TV, Youtube TV is complimentary with all Cable channels. Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming apps can be used with your subscription.
e) Fantastic dining table with sitting for 10 and enough room for many pizza boxes!

This place was perfect. Exactly as pictured in a great area; walk to all the little Italy restaurants. Host was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, amazing bath!

We enjoyed visiting Wooster Square! The home is magazine-perfect and very roomy and comfortable. I took two longgggg baths and really enjoyed the luxurious shower too. The neighborhood is okay - parking was unnecessarily confusing (hint : do NOT use the lot next door) and it Was close to the highway, but none of that bothered me one we got inside. The owner was communicative and kind. When we had an issue, Ulo was there immediately to assist and was so lovely. The setup was perfect for having some tea with family. Overall would happily stay here again!

gorgeous apartment

This apartment is really beautifully renovated and very bright & spacious. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry is really well equipped with high end appliances and excellent cookware. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. Two minor downsides that I think are worth mentioning: There's only one bathroom and no separate toilet, so if you're sharing with friends (or teenage girls!), you need to be organized about showers/bathroom time..! :D The other thing is that the heating furnace is really noisy. It was cold when we were visiting so the heating was running on and off to maintain the temperature, and each time the furnace fired up there was a big whooshing sound, followed by a minute of fan noise then it would shut off and there would be 5 or 6 clangs as the metal pipes contracted again. If you're deep sleepers then it won't bother you, but it woke me up a few times a night. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place if you're staying in New Haven or Yale.

Gorgeous Loft in Historic Wooster Square

Beautifully designed and well-maintained airy lift with tons of natural light, central a/c and many amenities and special touches. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with tub and rain shower. Host took special care to include extra toiletries, and kitchen is modern, and well-equpped for cooking. Host was easy to reach through the vrbo app. Easy access and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming city apartment

Oyi was a fantastic host and the property was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for 4 to spread out, and the remodeled bathroom was the jewel on top. Would stay here again for sure!

Spacious, well maintained property

Overall, we were quite happy with our stay @Bottlingplant. Our interaction with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The apartment is pretty much as advertised - great light, lots of space. Only negatives: the location is mildly funky, just across from the expressway (noise wasn’t a problem). The MBR could use new linens and better lighting for reading in bed. We would stay there again, which I guess is the best test.

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay in the Bottling Plant! It is light, bright and airy. Beautifully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. The bathroom is as big as some kitchens, and the soaking tub was a real treat. We plan to rent this place again when our Yalie graduates!

Our stay in New Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located a short 5 min drive from Yale campus , 2 min walk to great italian restaurants, 50 min drive to Hartford airport and easy access to highways. Ikea was just around the corner 3-5 mins away as well . The rental was clean and comfortable and we anticipate staying again in the future .

Pure Perfection in the Heart of Wooster Square

Stunning property walking distance from world famous New Haven apizza and many excellent Italian eateries. Every aspect of the property felt spacious and luxurious. Oyi could not possibly have been a more gracious host. We will absolutely be back and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Amazing!!!

Oyi is an amazing and accommodating host. She made sure everything was perfect. The house is within walking distance to downtown New Haven/Yale and is a block from the legendary Wooster Street . The space is gorgeous and has an unbelievable masterbath and kitchen. We Have recommended this place to family and friends and will be staying here again.
