Gorgeous upgraded over 2700 sq new family house in a quiet neighborhood, just 7 minutes away from the freeway, and a 45 -min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Close to mall, supermarkets and downtown Visalia,


This entire house has 2 sections

- The main house has 3-bedrooms 2 1/2-bath, fully kitchen & great room,

- Additional grandmother unit with 1 bed/ 1bath, living , dining area , and kitchenette, can be rent together with the main house or separately.

THE SPACE
Spacious Main House with 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ bathrooms comfortable hold up 10 guests. with beautiful décor Great room, smart 65inches TV, cozy dining area and huge kitchen with fully appliances and nice breakfast island, we offer coffee, tea and various board games.

-Master bedroom with 2 queens , 50 inches TV/ standing shower + separate tub + walk-in closet
-Guest bedroom #2, Comfortable queen , TV /w closet space
-Guest bedroom #3 - 1 Full & twin bunk bed /w closet space
-Common area , a couch & a queen air bed

Grandmother units with spacious living room, kitchenette and cozy bedroom , nice bathroom and private laundry set . This can be addition rent with the main house for the large group over 10 guests can be taken the studio (additional rent &cleaning fee ) or the Studio can be rent separate

The backyard has a large gazebo Tent with outdoor seating, water mist for summer hot, BBQ grill , Children playground and light strings create a relaxing atmosphere for your group gatherings.

This house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day

for security purpose we have 3 cameras out door located at Front door, Garage area and back yard .

This is spacious home provided a wonderful place for my family to come together during the holiday break. It was the perfect place for our large family.

No hot water

Late Saturday night realized we did not have hot water. I sent a text to the owners and no one responded. I called 20 times Saturday morning before I finally received a response. By that time we found the water heater and reset it. There was no information in there book in regards to this either. I was told they would get us money back and so far that has not happened.

even nicer than expected

This rental was even nicer than I expected. The kids all loved it. There was more than enough space for 6 kids and 2 adults. Everything was fully stocked to make our stay even easier. Home was located in a nice area and only a 45 minute drive to Sequoia.

Awesome stay!

This place was spacious and as described. The host is easy to contact. It made the stay very comfortable. Restroom and bathroom were fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was also fully loaded with stuff to cook and eat. One weird thing was the AC setting in the house kept changing on us. We were there beginning of July temperature goes up in the 100s. We would set it at 74-76 degree but later would see the setting changed to 80 something degree. Overall nice place, we stayed there to go to sequoia park. It was about an hr drive to get to the visitors center from there. There's a Costco about 15 minutes from there for those that like to get gas at Costco for the trip like me. The neighborhood was quiet and clean.
