Enjoy this 2600 sq ft fully updated relaxation haven with four luxury bedrooms, two full bathrooms, state of the art kitchen and arcade game room! Games include: Pac-Man, Golden Tee, Skii- ball and more!

This property also includes an outdoor firepit along with private paddle boards (Set of 2) for guests to enjoy during their stay and access to Cedar Park’s family-friendly private beach and private boat launch! (Less than a block away). If you have a boat, there is a place you can park it at the property, but you'd need to rent a slip or pull your boat out each day.

This sweet spot is only a 75 min drive from Chicago, a 5-minute drive from downtown Burlington's famous breakfast spots and pubs, and only 15-20 min ride from the famous Lake Geneva!! (Uber services this area!)

In the winter time bring your skis and snowboards! We are only a 20 min drive from Alpine Valley Ski Resort and 22 mins from Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort.

I booked this home for my bachelorette trip with a group of nine, and it was absolutely perfect for us! The space was just the right size, thoughtfully laid out, and was so cute. We loved how close it was to the lake—it made everything easy and extra special. Highly recommend for groups looking for a cozy and stylish stay!

Lake Neighborhood

Fun Stay

The house overall was cute, well furnished, and pleasant to stay in. The access to the beach made the stay even better. The floors were a bit dirty, but otherwise things seemed clean and kept up. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed our stay in Burlington. The home was recently updated and had lots of useful amenities. We swam at the beach each day, and took our kids to the playground 2 blocks away. It was a marvelous vacation.

Awesome place!

The house was perfect and it was walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the beds and linens were super comfortable! We loved the outdoor space, tons of room for everyone to have a seat and read or hang out. The neighborhood was great too! We were super happy and comfortable!

Great place but long deposit delay

The house was comfortable and in great condition. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. The check-in/out process went smoothly.The only down side was the 5,000 damage deposit, which takes 2 weeks to get refunded.

Beautiful place! Amazing vacation!

Amazing stay! Close walk to the private beach, with lots of great family friendly fun! Didn’t need to do much besides enjoy the beautiful home, bonfires, and the beach. Tons to do right at the property and beach. The amenities and the aesthetics of the home were perfect! The homeowner was proactive in giving us tons of great information and making sure we had a wonderful stay.

We had to reach out to the host because we were having a blizzard and couldn't get there. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind. I would recommend working with this host any time you are going up to that area of WI.

Great location for kids

We vacationed with friends and we had 5 toddlers with us. The private beach at the end of the street is perfect for kids and families. It has a sand beach, swings, slides, a pier, picnic tables, sand toys, etc. The neighbors were all residents and very friendly! The home had plenty of space for all of us and the kids enjoyed the game room. We had an issue getting into the beach on day 1 but the owners thankfully resolved this quickly. Only cons would be that upstairs was a bit warm (window unit only in 1 room), many dishes in the cabinet were dirty (bad dishwasher maybe), and the grill was falling apart (we were still able to use). Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Family reunion

Very nice home near a private beach. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Great for a family vacation. My grandchildren of all ages enjoyed the beach and game room! They came back for a second visit to swim. 8 adults fit very well in the 4 bedrooms and plenty of seating for conversation. The owners are very accommodating and available if you have any questions. We will definitely try to come back and visit again.

Bridal party

We booked this property for our bridal party to stay at the night before our wedding. We also worked with Kevin and Emily to also have our rehearsal dinner at the property before we originally booked. The space ended up being perfect for both the dinner and the bridal party to sleep at and get ready in the next morning. Kevin and Emily have a stunning home with a great location. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay.

Very nice home however we had issues with the air conditioning as it was very warm during our stay and the air did not keep up and is locked. Also the golf game in the game room did not work.

Girls Weekend

The house is lovely, the location is great and we loved the beach so close by. We had fun in the game room and loved all the seating for dining and playing games. As you mentioned your getting started so a few notes: update the listing, as there isn't a futon in one of the rooms and as far as we could tell the couch didn't open up. I would also add to your kitchen stash and include more pots and pans. Great spot would stay again! Thanks.

Decent enough

Area was nice, the arcade games were neat. Water pressure was not great in up stairs shower. There were a lot of dead bugs inside the building that my friends and I had to clean up, some of the windows did not want to close all the way. One of the kitchen chairs had a very loose back. Location near the lake was great, very good food options near by.

Great Long Weekend

Host was great! House was perfect for a family of 13, we brought 2 air mattresses for the kids & everyone fit perfectly. Only downside was upstairs bathroom shower didn’t have the hottest of water, we had to shower downstairs to have hot water. Golf game didn’t work but I saw a review previously so I expected it. The kids loved the other arcade game! There were a few bugs (mosquitos, gnats, etc.) but being spring time and for the house being SO close to lake, it was entirely expected and nothing due to cleanliness - house was very clean and decorated beautifully! There’s a small bonfire area on the side of the house which was so fun but we would’ve liked a yard for the kids. Regardless, we had SO much fun. We would definitely stay again!!

This house exactly what we were looking for while we were in town for a family wedding. The house was very gracious at even allowing us in early on the day of check-in so that we were able to get ready and be at our event on time. The house has everything you need. They truly thought of everything. The Decour in the house is so modern and cute. It’s very welcoming in the neighborhood is quiet and safe ! Cute town with a small fun town with lots of shops and resteraunts!

Super Cute and Convenient Location

The house is only a block away from a private beach (owner provides beach tag). Nice beach with picnic tables, plenty of shade, and shared toys. 2 paddle boards available for use for our rental. There's a boat launch there also (for a fee). Two washers and dryers in the basement, lots of appliances in the kitchen, basically everything you need. Comfortable and updated home, complete with a small game room. Fire pit with chairs outside. Bring lots of bug spray and your own beach chairs if you want them. Bring extra garbage bags; we ran out. There are several great restaurants nearby. Owners were communicative and helpful. The lake is beautiful, overall was a great stay!

Winter getaway

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The house accommodated our group of 12 perfectly. Everything we needed was there including a fully stocked kitchen and cleaning products. Your house is beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable. I bet a summer stay would be a lot of fun with the lake so close. We are newlyweds from Chicago, Illinois who have spent summers in Burlington/Browns Lake since 2014. This home was a fixer upper that we completely gutted and put our heart and soul into. We spend 50% of our time in Chicago so we thought this would be a great opportunity to share the amazing things Browns lake has to offer with others! If you're looking for a modern luxury relaxation haven, this home is for you!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION: Our cottage is only 1 hr 15 from Chicago and only 20-minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva! This property is close enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the daily grind of the big city, school, or work. The drive is super simple! Go west at the Mars Cheese Castle exit for 18 miles to our serene getaway.

MODERN & SPACIOUS: We have one of the largest rental homes near the lake with 2021 updates throughout, Studio McGee Decor, and hotel-luxury beds & linens. We have 1 king bed, 3 Queen Beds, and 1 full bed. We also have two couches, two pull out beds. 10 heads can sleep in beds. The home sleeps 10-14 people.

5-STAR EXPERIENCE: Our VRBO rental is equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is seamless and stress-FREE. We provide towels, beach towels, shower essentials, beach chairs, sunscreen, Netflix, Disney+, and more! Pack a quick bag and head on up to our serene getaway with minimal preparation!

LOCATION: Our home is only 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store and downtown Burlington! 1 min walk or less to the lake!

What makes this property unique

Our vintage arcade game room is our most unique addition to our home and the most loved. Our game room includes a full service bar with a built-in kegerator, two tv's, Jenga, Golden Tee, Pac-Man, and Ski-ball. We have spent many evenings entertaining family and friends in this room - it's a blast! Great entertainment for adults and children and PERFECT for March Badness/any sporting events.
