This corner lot home is sure to please with charming coastal decor and comfortable furnishings in a very private setting with WiFi and Smart TVs throughout. The large screened-in porch overlooks the intersecting canals and protected mangroves which are filled with aquatic and aviary wildlife. Sip coffee while watching the manatees and dolphins swim by! Abundant fishing awaits right here from the property or bring your boat (or rent one locally) because this property includes a 10,000 pound covered boat lift and 50amp power, if needed. There is even a fish cleaning station ready for your big catch. Three kayaks and paddles are also provided to tour the waterways including carved out trails through the mangroves with a trailhead right around the corner! Also included are a washer and dryer, two types of coffee makers, a grill, fire table, beach day items, and so much more! There are 3 single person kayaks for you to enjoy. The property manager was very helpful. And friendly. The house was amazing in every way clean, well stocked and comfortable. Easy to bring your boat. The scenery and fishing was incredible. Will definitely be booking again.

We try to stay on Pine Island at least two to three times a year..we have stayed in different properties, most all have been just fine...some unfortunately are no longer there.This location is great for fishing and boating it is a quiet neighborhood and easy access to Pine Island Sound either going north or south The property was clean, well cared for a quite comfortable and we enjoyed it very muchFishing was up and down but we did catch some trout, snapper and redfish. We will be returning
