Spacious 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa beautifully decorated and just over a half a mile stroll or five minute shuttle^ ride to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The Villa provides you a large open concept, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with seating for 12. The first bedroom with a Queen sized bed and full bath finishes off the second floor. The third level is home to an oversized Master Bedroom suite with a King sized bed, oversized closet and en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with Full over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Each have their own adjoining bathrooms. A laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer finishes off the third floor. The first level of the home has a garage for two tandem parked cars and an outdoor area for grilling with the supplied Weber charcoal grill. We also have beach towels, chairs, wagon, and beach toys. NOW LET'S LOOK AT THE AMENITIES!!^^ Enjoy multiple amenities including shuttle^ service that runs year-round (seasonal hours apply, normally 7 days a week from 10:00am-7:00pm) and takes you to the beach and any other resort amenity. The beach club is exclusive to Lost Key residents, guests, and renters. You can take advantage of its’ restaurant bar, pool, lockers, showers, and private beach access! Don't feel like getting sandy? Just down the street from the Villa is a spectacular oversized zero entry pool with hot tub and a state-of-the-art fitness center. There are on site lockers and indoor/outdoor showers.
