The house has been tastefully renovated, and boasts Bay views of the Matanzas River and the National Cemetary from all three stories. It is surrounded by a front and back garden filled with fruit trees, and porches for outdoor dining and hearing the horse drawn carriages pass by. The front and back yards are fully fenced in.

The interiors are full of details with sustainability and love of nature in mind. Enjoy organic bedding, natural cleaning supplies, etc. while you venture out on the town or enjoy a relaxing retreat at home.

The house has 5 bedrooms including a children’s room with a crib, bassinet, and two single beds (2 single, 1 crib, 1 bassinet); a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (king); a downstairs bedroom (queen) with ensuite bathroom; and a guest bedroom (queen) with attached office containing a single bed (single). There is a playroom/den, large kitchen with a breakfast table, a formal dining room, living room and a meditation space or painting studio on the 3rd floor.
