✔ Our home has a washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron for your use. No detergent or dryer sheets included due to skin sensitivity.

✔We keep a first aid kit in the primary bathroom for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide fresh premium linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.

✔ Coffee & tea are included.

Additonal Items:

We do welcome dogs! Other pets will not be considered due to allergies. Must make a pet apart of your reservation for the fee to be applied. ($150.00/dog)

A signed waiver and rental agreement are required after confirmed bookings. A $35 damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $500. This protects both you and the property—no security deposit required.

Lost & Found Items - Accidents happen! We charge a $25 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance + 25% service fee. The remaining balance will be sent with receipt.
