This house was perfect. The house was fully stocked even the kitchen. It was extremely clean close to everything it far enough away you are relaxed. The yard is breathtaking, we got up every morning to see the sun come up . We will definitely be coming back .

This was our second stay at The Sculptor House and once again, it was a wonderful visit. The house is beautiful and comfortable with beautiful artwork throughout. The view is beautiful and so relaxing. We loved watching the birds, dolphins and boats. The location is great and very convenient to the historic district. We highly recommend this rental.

St Augustine - Sculptor House

OUTSTANDING!!!! The communication was above expectations and Kim was the most responsive host we have experienced on VRBO. The house is exactly as advertised but you cannot know its true beauty from the photos. We loved the house! How it was built and laid out...and the view was so very relaxing.We hope to return yet this year and can stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring St. Augustine and allows a quiet retreat with a great view...and we saw dolphin about everyday making their rounds...Best Florida vacation we have had thus far...we will be back!!!

This was a beautiful house in a perfect location to walk to downtown or get to outlining areas. We loved sitting on the master bedroom patio watching the party boats and the Lake Otter in the marsh. Everything was just wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in St. Augustine

We (and our dog) met up with friends at the lovely, comfortable, has everything, super location Sculptor’s House. Have stayed here several times, and it is always great. Many thanks to the owners for providing this beautiful place.

Beautiful, peaceful, and convenient

Great location, relaxing space, very clean, excellent communications. Appreciated the special touches including coffee and snack basket, soap and shampoo in the baths, laundry detergent - everything we needed. (Didn’t cook in the kitchen so cannot comment on supplies there.) We were able to leave the car in the garage and walk to everything in the historic district. Would be our first choice if we return to St Augustine again, which we hope to do!

Sculptors House is perfect.

AC kept the house very cold even during this heat wave !!! Good plumbing and water pressure. All appliances worked. Comfortable seating and bedding. 2 large living tooms. Huge kitchen fully supplied. Ample parking. Great view of Matanzas River and open Atlantic Ocean. Easy walk to historic old town. Great value.

Fabulous Location with an Amazing View

This was an ideal property for us and our dogs to enjoy the town of St. Augustine. Walking distance to the historic district which made it easy to go into town, come back home and then go back later for dinner. The house set up is perfect for keeping dogs confined to certain areas. The view to the water is amazing with plenty of views of wildlife and boats. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to St. Augustine.

This house was perfect. Had business in Jacksonville and Palatka. Great home base for my trip. The access to historic area, restaurants, and shops was easy. Once you enter the home you get a peaceful feeling from the un obstructed view of the moored sailboats, Matanzas river and St Augustine inlet. House was extremely well kept and stocked. I will definitely return. Oh, and we chartered a boat out of Comanche Cove to fish the wahoo run. Unbelievable.

Lovely St. Augustine

The week flew by and there were many restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. Try a breakfast sandwich from the Juniper Market and a dozen itty bitty donuts ( Saturday morning cartoons was my favorite). The pups (2 labs)are fans as well with a fast drive to Vilano Beach for their morning walk and the Castillo San Marco grounds for walking from the house day and night!

The Sculptor's House has been in our family for over 50 years. It was home to our great uncle, Ted Karam, who is one of Saint Augustine's most prestigious sculptors. Our uncle left us his home and we've named the house after him thus, "The Sculptor's House".

We are Jeanne and Katherine Abboud. We are sister's and we co-own The Sculptor's House.

Someone once told us that "you don't pick Saint Augustine, it picks you", and they are right! We inherited this fabulous house and renovated it down to the last detail. We were inspired by our Uncle's creativity, and his love for Saint Augustine. This is our family jewel, and we're enjoying creating so many family memories at The Sculptor's House.

The Sculptor's House allows our family, friends, and guests to experience Saint Augustine to it's fullest. We are conveniently located on a quiet, peaceful street, yet we are a few minute walk to downtown. We spent 2 years renovating the house so that it has every convenience.

The best part about The Sculptor's House is that you can walk to town, sit on the wrap around terrace and enjoy the breath taking view, walk through the gardens, or pick fresh fruit from our own orchard on the property; complete with grapefruit, oranges, limes, lemons, and cumquats, and avocados.

The Sculptor's House proves that you can have it all - the convenience to town, while enjoying the peaceful tranquility of the water. We truly have the best location and view in the city. This is a real treasure for all who visit.
