The Sculptor's House proves that you can have it all! This amazing home on the water's edge looks straight out St. Augustine Inlet to the open sea, where Spanish galleons sailed in search of sanctuary over 450 years ago. You're just one block from the historic Castillo de San Marcos on a peaceful, elegant street, so you can leave your car in the garage and walk to the best cafes, shops and galleries in town. At the end of the day, you'll stroll in the shade of towering oaks and grand Victorian homes to your own private, secluded getaway.

Originally home to St. Augustine's finest sculptor, the Sculptor's House has just been luxuriously renovated with artistry and charm. The three ample bedrooms and one pull-out sofa offer sleeping for eight in One King, One Queen and Two Twin Beds. Three flat screen TVs, hi-speed wireless Internet and an integrated sound system provide entertainment for the whole family. French doors from the master suite open to a private patio with calming views of the ocean, bay and Bridge of Lions.

Perfect house and location to tour old St Augustine. House is immaculate and roomy. Has garage for parking ! AC worked great on the hottest days in July. View of the ocean inlet and bay and sunrises are breathtaking thru the large LR wall indow! Large manicured yard front and back on quiet street with no noisy neighbors. Full working appliances, comfy beds and couches. Full kitchen, 2 LRs , large dining area. Large MBR jacuzzi shower. My favorite house of all. Will return forever. Love the sculptures inside.

The Sculptor's House has been in our family for over 50 years. It was home to our great uncle, Ted Karam, who is one of Saint Augustine's most prestigious sculptors. Our uncle left us his home and we've named the house after him thus, "The Sculptor's House".

We are Jeanne and Katherine Abboud. We are sister's and we co-own The Sculptor's House.

Why they chose this property

Someone once told us that "you don't pick Saint Augustine, it picks you", and they are right! We inherited this fabulous house and renovated it down to the last detail. We were inspired by our Uncle's creativity, and his love for Saint Augustine. This is our family jewel, and we're enjoying creating so many family memories at The Sculptor's House.

What makes this property unique

The Sculptor's House allows our family, friends, and guests to experience Saint Augustine to it's fullest. We are conveniently located on a quiet, peaceful street, yet we are a few minute walk to downtown. We spent 2 years renovating the house so that it has every convenience.

The best part about The Sculptor's House is that you can walk to town, sit on the wrap around terrace and enjoy the breath taking view, walk through the gardens, or pick fresh fruit from our own orchard on the property; complete with grapefruit, oranges, limes, lemons, and cumquats, and avocados.

The Sculptor's House proves that you can have it all - the convenience to town, while enjoying the peaceful tranquility of the water. We truly have the best location and view in the city. This is a real treasure for all who visit.
