Pool Access

-The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

-There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays.

-Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host.



Façade Renovations & View Obstruction

-The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year

-Balconies are closed and cannot be used

-Views from the unit will be blocked

Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views

-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours

-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.

-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.



Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).

Perfect Miami location!!!!

Loved the beautiful views from this penthouse apartment and the decor was also very nice. We would not rent a car next time as it’s close to everything. Next time, we’d like to stay a couple more days to enjoy the beautiful huge rooftop pool and spa. We will be back!

I would definitely recommend staying here! The location and amenities were perfect and real close to the beach! The only issue we had was the jets were not working in the tub! Other than that the place and stay was perfect!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

My stay here was great! The apt was beautiful w great views from the balcony. I was able to enjoy the amenities including the pool, gym and even got a massage at the spa. I loved walking on the river walk and for groceries at the nearby Wholefoods. The location was very convenient. This was my second time staying here and will definitely be back.

Amazing stay

This unit was absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the view was stunning! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The unit had everything we needed plus some. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Miami. It was walking distance to all types of eating places and only a short drive to south beach. To top it off, the host made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us!

This place was everything I expected and more! First time staying in Downtown Miami area! The check-in process was quick and easy. Kat was awesome to work with and very responsive. The unit was clean and smelled wonderful upon entering and the views on the 28th floor were excellent! Pool, hot tub, fitness and spa amenities were a great plus. There were no seasonings for cooking but DGX and Whole Foods was in close walking distance to accommodate. Will definitely be back to stay in this unit again! Awesome stay!

P1Harmony Concert Trip

Me and my friend spent a few days at this room for a concert we attended and it was amazing. Check in was easy and the hostess walked up to our room and helped with our luggage. The condominium spelled incredible in the lobby and in the room the view was amazing and so was the pool/hot tub on the 15th floor. We were able to go to one of the restaurants inside the hotel which is also on the 15th floor and the food we ordered was good! Would definitely love to come back. I will say if you are staying a few days definitely pay extra for a parking spot if available we didn’t and ended up paying for valet for two days but regardless still was worth it

Hello. The property itself and property managers were very easy to communicate with and were in touch w us the entire time. One of the workers at the front desk was very short, rude and not helpful throughout our stay. I don’t know his name, but I know he had braces. Otherwise, our stay was amazing.

Perfect Miami getaway

We stayed six nights and enjoyed all the available amenities. The condo is just as nice as the listing states. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of extra pillows and towels if needed. Check-in was super easy and they even placed our bags in the unit until it was cleaned and ready. Top notch appliances made cooking a pleasure but do note that no cooking staples are available for use. We stocked up on groceries from the nearby whole foods and had Walmart and Total Wine deliveries right to our door! There are great restaurants close by and Uber makes it easy to get to downtown Miami/south beach. The pool is beautiful and the middle pool is a giant hot tub! Pool staff always go above and beyond. Bring a reusable water bottle since no glass is allowed at the pool. Don’t forget to try the spa facilities - it’s such a treat!

I enjoyed the property. Parking is a complete rip off and chaotic when attempting to communicate with the renters. The younger staff at the front desk were rude. And you have to request your deposits back for parking and the unit. Glad I review my credit card statements monthly and caught it. Its a big no for me as far as returning.

Excellent location, great property

The location and the apartment are both beautiful, comfortable and convenient to explore Brickell, a vibrant and exciting area of Miami. The location was walking distance from innumerable dining and shopping opportunities, and the area felt safe enough to walk as well. The check in process is a bit onerous and confusing, even though we had ample communication with the host, but i suppose that's just part of having a property where they are the tenant in a building with another owner/manager, there is a second layer of management in addition to the host. the check out process was smooth. My only real complaint has to do with the cleanliness of the property upon check in, and it's unclear what the guest is responsible for cleaning upon check out: Because the property was not clean at check in, I was concerned we would be held responsible for the cleanliness of how we left it at check out, which was as we found it. (dirty dishes in the cupboards, dirty light switches, trash under the sofa, a half-smoked cigar on the balcony [even though the apt is very clearly labeled "no smoking"]) Again, the apt. was beautiful, the facilities were beautiful, and the location was great, but I would def. consider this when booking again, esp. at this price point.

Best Location in Downtown Miami in the Best Apartment!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed in this building a few years ago. When I saw the high ceilings and the views in the listing photos I was sold. I was very pleased that the real thing did not disappoint. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and even better. The check-in process with Debora was very smooth and pleasant. She was so nice and knowledgeable and even asked us about the wedding when we saw her again, which I thought was so kind. We needed extra laundry detergent and hand soap and let the managers know and housekeeping provided those things within the hour. There were a few missed cleaning spots, like a toothpick left in the shower and water bottles under the bed, but besides that the apartment was spotless and the germaphobe in me felt very comfortable. Food delivery comes to the door which is so nice to not have to go to the lobby. The restaurant on the 15th floor was really good, we got some cocktails, salad, a burger, and truffle fries. Very yummy! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the rooftop a few times, the water temperature at both was perfect! Definitely make use of them! We did not have the chance to visit the spa but hoping next time we will. We look forward to our next time in Miami because I would love to stay at this unit again!

A Floridians Staycation

The condo had many pros. The price was decent for the Brickell area. We had a car so the location was convenient for visiting South Beach, Little Havana, Design District, Wynwood, etc. The condo is within walking distance for food, convenience store, parking, church, and more. The area is walkable with many areas to explore. The area seemed quite safe and lots of people were around at night. We used all amenities except the gym (but it looked very nice). All amenities were available and clean, staff was rude but that’s Miami (this does not include the woman who checked us in). We used the offsite parking offered by the host. It is a short walking distance but definitely drop any luggage, heavy items at the condo lobby first. We experienced some cons, Even though we paid the host for the offsite parking, the garage is pay by plate and much cheaper than the host price. When inquired the host did state that there aren’t in and out privileges if paying by plate but it’s 24 hour parking garage so definitely research further. The unit was spacious, AC worked well, & had everything we needed but it wasn’t very clean. It needs to be painted and walls/doors washed between visitors. The rugs could be washed. The toilet didn’t work but maintenance fixed it within 15 minutes which was appreciated. We would definitely rent here again. Beautiful views, convenient location, wonderful amenities, just amazing! Oh, & having food/groceries delivered was a breeze, brought to the unit every time.

I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
