Newly renovated, Mer Sea is a gulf-front 3 bedroom /3 bath luxury penthouse condominium at fabulous High Pointe Resort, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Occupying the entire west end of the top (fourth) floor of the gulf front building, the views are incredible. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella set up included in rentals.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of interior living area and a spacious, 750 squarefoot wrap-around terrace encircling nearly the entire condominium, there is ample room for up to 8 guests. There are two master suites, each with king bed, 32" Samsung LCD TV, and direct terrace access. Each bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds as well as an adjacent full bath with tub / shower.

The kitchen features stainless appliances, French door fridge with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave as well as new cabinets and countertops. Dining table overlooks gulf and seats six. Living room has a giant LED TV.

Because of its spaciousness and quiet top floor location, Mer Sea truly has more the feel of a "home in the sky" than an ordinary condo.

We had a fun and relaxing stay at Mer Sea in Rosemary! The condo was just as described and pictured. All of the furnishings and beds were super comfortable! The location is fabulous! Ocean views were so amazing ., loved the sunsets!We felt like the condo was stocked with some nice extras like beach towels, sand and water toys! The kitchen was great to cook in! The induction stove and high end cookware was an unexpected luxury in a rental! Loved the short walk to beach and the onsite restaurant, Crabby Steve’s! We highly recommend!

This was our 3rd trip to 30A. This was our favorite property. The location is perfect for walking/biking to restaurants and shops. We loved the ramp down to the beach. Very helpful with 2 young kids. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing views! We will definitely be back!

The ocean was calling to us and this property greeted us with open arms. Location, location, location! Directly on the beach with the sound of the waves and a cup of coffee each morning on the balcony! Our chairs and umbrella awaited us on the beach and the beautiful pool was perfectly situated. Shopping and amazing food were in walking distance as was the charm of The Long Green Road . The accommodations were beautiful, I had the primary bed which was extremely comfortable and the primary bathroom was roomy and elegant. My family agrees theirs were lovely as well. The view of the ocean was a gift that kept giving and the luxurious accommodations made for a memorable girls weekend for my daughters and my sister. I was not ready to leave and would happily return to this property any time!!! Our host was available to us at all times, prompt with responses and was genuinely kind and welcoming.

Excellent in every way!

Property is gorgeous, extremely comfortable, and convenient to everything! Gulf view is spectacular! Wonderful retreat! (We parked our car at check in and walked everywhere for dining, fun, and exercise and did not get into car until check out!) Host is super responsive and kind. Our second time staying here and plan on returning.

Best high pointe unit!

We have stayed in many units in this complex, and this was far and away the best. It was beautifully remodeled. There were so many surprise extras from how well the kitchen was appointed, to the cozy earth sheets, to the secret stash of kids beach toys in the laundry room. We had the very best time!
