Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 45 m² apartment in Le Bourget which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Le Bourget, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities
- Close to the Paris Le Bourget and Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centers.
- A 20-minute drive from Parc Astérix, a popular leisure destination for families.
- The Stade de France is nearby.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the property.

- Nearest train station: Le Bourget RER B station (5-minute walk), Gare du Nord (11-minute drive)
