"Serenity at Seascape" is a beautiful 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Ocean Getaway located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Singer Island, within walking distance to Riviera beach & the many restaurants on N Ocean Ave. like "Johnny Longboats", "Two Drunken Goats", and " Sweet Treats Ice Cream". Tastefully decorated by interior designers, with Smart TV's, WIFI, Cal King bed, Desk space, Beach chairs/Cooler, BBQ area, Heated pool, and more. Enjoy this walkable neighborhood & lovely apartment! This home is the perfect place for a serene couples getaway and/or a dream location to work from home. The apartment is furnished by an interior decorator to give you the most stylish, relaxed, modern coastal feel. With everything (& More!) within walking distance, in a family friendly neighborhood, you're sure to enjoy the warm Florida weather and beautiful Riviera beach. Our community includes several pools (& Heated!) with plenty of lounge chairs for your use. Our gas propane BBQ's are at your disposal as well with tables, chairs, and an umbrella. Keep in mind, these are shared spaces. Credit Card/coin operated Washer and Dryer machines are located right outside making it easy to wash any items during your stay. Included (1) free parking space in front of the apartment with a proper decal provided. You will find several walking trails within the neighborhood, the historical Town Hall, Phil Foster Park and more. Pool, BBQ, Picnic Tables, lounge chairs, & Laundry Room are shared spaced. In order to get service pets registered with the community we need pet's vaccination certificate.

Host responded quickly when the door lock battery died and we were standing outside with a lot of wet dive gear. This was readily welcome (it took 5-6 days to hear if we could add a day to the front end of the stay; seemed multiple messages didn’t go through). Space was adequate for our needs (we were diving at the Blue Heron Bridge). Lots of beach stuff is in the closet so if you need that - it’s there. Not much room to hang anything else. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Location was excellent for our needs- several food and beverage establishments 2 blocks away. Nice pool on property.

Great location!

This was a nice 1-bedroom unit just a block from beautiful Riviera Beach. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, making it a very convenient place location.

Great stay

This was our second year to stay here. We love the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly atmosphere among the other visitors and locals. Felt very safe. Several other attractions in the area to visit as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for those who prefer a quiet place, a beautiful private pool, yet just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Our on site property manager, Robin, was a delight! We have already booked for next year!

Thanksgiving on Singer Island

3 day Thanksgiving trip. First holiday without my husband and first for my girls without their dad. Relaxing on this beautiful beach was just a perfect way to celebrate.

Love Singer Island!

We absolutely loved our recent stay on Singer Island. The property was clean, perfectly decorated, and in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Fuller Properties was very responsive and helpful in all communications and the neighbors in the area were all quite welcoming. We highly recommend staying at this property. It made for an easy and relaxing vacation that we look forward to scheduling again soon.

Relaxing place

All of the pictures were accurate depicting the apartment. Overlooking the pool and a short walk to the beach were definitely assets. Our only disappointment was not having a chair or table outside of our door to enjoy the view. Fourteen days of 80 degree weather in February added to our wonderful stay, along with very nice permanent neighbors. The location of being able to walk to the beach and restaurants is a big plus.

The unit was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. This unit is a basic one bedroom apartment in a dated apartment complex. There is no dishwasher, garbage disposer, or ice maker. Although the unit was clean the mat in bathtub was not and should be replaced.

Quant place & close to Beach

This was a quant & quiet place to stay. Many at the residence live there and are very friendly. If your not a fan of dogs I would be cautious as both neighbors do have small dogs that hang on the patio. They were very quiet! The place was as described. Sweetly relaxing. Easy access with one flight of stairs. Everything you need is offerred to you. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach and around the corner from your basic beach shops and great restaurants. Prior to reserving I would inquire about your needs to make sure everything you're looking for is available and working to your liking. I would definitely stay here again for the price.

Lovely area

Rugs/couch need cleaning. Only K cup coffee maker—no k cups though. Could not really prepare a meal—no paper towels, foil, dish towels, etc. For weekly rental fee, I thought we would more amenities. The oils and spices—not dated so we did not use!

Great location

The apartment had been updated including several amenities, well maintained, was clean and well stocked. We particularly liked the location- close to the beach, local restaurants, park and other attractions. The main drawback was that access to the unit was up a flight of stairs ( not handicapped accessible) which were very narrow and older stairs. My friend had a recent injury to her leg and was not able to carry her luggage up the stairs. We managed, but it should be noted on the site that accessibility could be an issue for some.

BEWARE- Very old, dirty and smelly. Water issues!

The first half of our stay was a disaster due to shower faucets not working or maintained. This was an obvious sign of property neglect that we noticed immediately. The handles came off in our hands the first time we took a shower. It was three days before we were able to shower in a vrbo we paid for! Fuller Homes would not reimburse us for this massive inconvenience, instead said we could transfer to a unit that was half the size and price with no compensation. This was not feasible for our large family. So, we had to pack up everyday and go five minutes away to shower. Upon entering the unit there was a strong body odor and old smell. We needed to move the rug to open the fold out couch (which was dirty) and the floor was disgusting. Dirt and sand all over. It was not fun having to clean before we moved in for the week. We handled the cleaning part, but the lack of customer concern, service and respect through Fuller Homes made us seem like the bad guys . The shower issue was a true sign of neglect on their part and we had to suffer through it on our vacation. On a positive note, we have never been around such a group of nice people than those that lived in that complex. Please think twice before renting any property through Fuller Homes. They will not take care of you, they will only throw half ass accommodations at you to cover up their neglected properties.

Great Location

This location is central to everything fun to do on Singer Island. It was clean and comfortable. However, there were some very important drawbacks. First to start with this is an apartment/condo complex. We were on the second floor and there were two table on the veranda that belongs to the neighbors that live there. They wern't even for the unit I rented. The neighbor to my right was a police officer who was very quite. Unfortunately the neighbor on the other side smoked and these units do not allow smoking in the apartments. So they sat out on the porch and smoked all the time they were home. We were told there is nothing they can do about it as they live there. Unfortunately, for me I have some health issues that cigarette smoke can cause problems and I had to walk into smoke whenever I left or came back to the unit. This unit was a bit noisy with all the people the smoke outside and sit and chat. Personally I would not have rented here if I knew the smokers were all going to be smoking outside. Also, this was not a cheap unit to rent for only a couple of rooms and a bath. Very disappointed in this visit.

Great stay!

The property is very nice and clean. It’s exactly what I expected based to the pictures and description. The property is about a block from the beach/ocean and restaurants. It had everything I needed. The deposit is very expensive but you get that back a few weeks after your stay. The neighbors were very nice and quiet. Lovely place for 1-3 people. The pull out couch bed is a full size and, well, it’s a pull out. I haven’t slept on one yet that is comfortable- for a light weight kid it was fine. We will be back! I’d highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Beach vacation

Nice area, short walk to beach, plenty of restaurants, pool area kept clean. Beach chairs and umbrella was provided. Two bikes were provided which was a nice touch. It was very easy to get in touch with management when I notified them that parking tag was not in room. The residence are extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet and restful vacation then this is the place. The only draw back was there was no dishwasher.

May Stay

We stayed here for 3 nights in May with our 1 year old and 2 1/2 year old. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Manager was quick to respond with questions or any issues (2 beach chairs & umbrella were broken). We were able to cook breakfast every morning & it had everything we needed. Apartment is on second floor in between two friendly women (one does smoke). It’s in a great location - walked to the beach, restaurants, walking path & and playground.

Perfect location!

This is a quaint little rental near the beach and restaurants. It was super convenient! The pool and friendly permanent residents in the small complex are a bonus!

Great location and cute place

Had some challenges at check in when the code did not work. Was able to reach customer support who helped us get to a key. The unit was very clean and just like the pictures. The pool is great. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes. The location is perfect for walking to dinner and the beach. The neighbors were very hospitable.

Clean and Well Stocked Unit

I'd come here again. Place was very clean when we arrived which is #1 for most everyone. Kitchen stocked with every appliance and dish even some coffee pods and spices. Great location for beach and just getting around PBC. Neighbors friendly and quiet. Owners very responsive. Place looks like a recent reno with new floors and fixtures. My only negatives are no dresser for clothes, shower fixture a bit finicky (but you get the hang of it) and the steep security deposit (which I chalk up to this being my 1st vrbo rental). All-in-all a great place.

Loved this cute rental. I found this Island perfect. It was beautiful and Phil Foster park and Peanut island were amazing. I would love to stay here again. Best snorkeling trip I’ve had in a while ♥️ If your a diver this would be a great little find. Overall The rental had everything we needed. Very Pleased.
