A great place for family and friends.
This four bedroom luxury home includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepared meals. The great room is wonderful for family gatherings and dining. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished. Two smart TVs with streaming services - Netflix, Prime Video and others. free high-speed WiFi, private lanai and dock patio and keyless access.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only toilet paper to be flushed. We have a camera in the main line and will charge $1000 for any blockage from the flushed items after your stay.
Please, no grease- oil, fat - to be discarded in the kitchen sink. Please use trash bucket underneath the sink to dispose. It damages plumbing.
Make sure that trash is not mixed with recycling.
