A little piece of heavon on earth...

Gina's house is a perfect place in a very nice neighbourhood. Everything was as described in VRBO and the house is very clean. The location is perfect and the lakeview at the canal junction is a superb place to view all kind of animals: pelicans, ducks, birds, fish, turtles, otter and more... The neighbourhood is peaceful and quite, the sporty guys can go for a run around the corner easily Gina was helpful and caring at all time and was one of the best hosts one can imagine - much appreciated! Definitely recommended and hopefully will come back..

Perfect place to relax!!

In our list of lovely things to do in Cape Coral, coming 'home to the house' was on the list. Great views of the intersecting canal from almost every corner of the house! Both owner and Property manager were very solicitous and thoughtful. Neat, clean and well maintained. Agree with other reviewers who mention the accessability and nice neihborhood. Truly a relaxing place!  Loved loved loved sitting out back by the water, seeing birds roosting in the trees, occassional small boats going by! Every time we tell someone of our month stay in Cape Coral, describing the house is mentioned first! Doesn't get better than this! Lots and lots of happy memories!

Perfect Peaceful Vacation

A great place to go to get away from life in the corporate world...at least for a while! Peaceful. Quite. Clean. Great view of the lake. Nice neighborhood. Near restaurants, stores, and the beach. The owner was very hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating. I enjoyed evenings by the lake and going to the beach by the yacht club. Everything was just right! I would go back again for another round and would certainly recommend this house to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you very much, Gina!

Astonishing Lake View

Beautiful Lake front home, we had a wonderful stay over spring of 2015. The house is perfect for a family. The house has all of the amenities you need and is set up very nicely. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient for shopping. It is about 15 minutes from the Cape Coral beach (perfect for the whole family – and for just relaxing), and less than an hour from Sanibel Island , which is great for hunting for shells. We had a wonderful trip and would return and rent this house again next time we come to Cape Coral .

Wonderful view and great house

This is one the best vacation rental, we ever had. It's in a very nice neighborhood, quiet, clean and with a wonderful lake view. It is close to everything you need, Beach, shopping, entertainment. Owner is very nice and makes you feel welcome.

We find Cape Coral to be a perfect place for a family vacation and a paradise for boaters. This was our primary reason to invest in a vacation home and we are extremely confident that our guests will enjoy this house as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This home provides breathtaking sunsets and spectacular water views from almost every room. The sun goes down directly over the lake just off the lanai.
You could rent a boat for a day of World Class fishing here in South West Florida or just
stay home and cast from our boat dock. This is a very quiet neighborhood so if you're seeking to relax at anytime of day our home will suit you; you're friends and or family perfectly!

What makes this property unique

This home is centrally located minutes from Veteran's Pkwy allowing easy access to Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Matlache and Pine Island. Also minutes from great area attractions such as Sun Splash Water Park, The Yacht Club Beach and Activities Center, Edison's Home, the FT. Myers River District and all local restaurants and beaches.
