Sunbeam Condo - Beautiful 2 Bedroom Stay by Beach

Sunbeam Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a lovely 2 bedroom rental just a block up from Lake Pepin. The loft-style bedrooms are upstairs and catch the beautiful first rays of sunlight every morning (don't worry - there are dark curtains!). Enjoy the bonus wall-bed in the living room to sleep 2 more guests, plus optional airbeds. The condo is comfortable, modern and relaxing after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.

In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.

Sunbeam is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations. Sunbeam itself is connected to an adjacent condo via smart lock, and together become Sunrise Condo, which is also listed and available, so please send us a note if you are interested in larger accommodations as well.
