- A 100 m² wooden terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in a quiet housing estate with around ten houses, away from the town, on the edge of a pine forest. Local shops are 5 minutes away and supermarkets 10 minutes. Hypermarkets are 20 minutes away.
